Paul Sackett, son of John Sackett and Mary ___, was baptized at St John in Thanet, Kent^G, on 15 July 1621.¹ He died in infancy and was buried there on 24 October 1621.²

Anne Sackett, daughter of John Sackett and Mary ___, was baptized at St Peter in Thanet, Kent^G, on 21 November 1622.¹ She died aged about 64 and was buried there on 25 November 1686.³ She married there on 14 November 1647, John Mockett, a second cousin, son of Richard Mockett and Sara Sackett.²
     Anne was named as a beneficiary in her brother John's will made in St Lawrence in Thanet^G on 1 April 1678. She and each of her sisters and brother Thomas were to receive one shilling.⁴

Martha Sackett, daughter of John Sackett and Mary ___, was baptized at St Peter in Thanet, Kent^G, on 23 October 1625.¹ She married at Woodnesborough, Kent^G, on 28 July 1650, Thomas Richards.²
     Martha was named as a beneficiary in her brother John's will made in St Lawrence in Thanet^G on 1 April 1678.³ She was left a sum of one shilling.

John Sackett, of St Lawrence in Thanet, Kent, son of John Sackett and Mary ___, was baptized at St Peter in Thanet^G on 16 March 1627/28.¹ He died aged 50 and was buried at St Lawrence in Thanet^G on 28 July 1678.³ He married at St Lawrence in Thanet^G on 5 December 1664, Judith Aeirs.² After John's death, Judith married at St Lawrence in Thanet^G on 17 July 1679, John Maxted.⁴
     John made his will in St Lawrence in Thanet^G on 1 April 1678, naming as beneficiaries his wife Judith, his brothers Thomas, his sisters Anne, Martha, Katherine and Joane.⁵ He left each of his sisters and brother the small sum of one shilling, with the residue of his goods and chattels going to his wife. There is no mention of a tenement or lands and it would appear that John was not a man of any significant wealth.
     John's will links as siblings six of the eight children baptized at St Peter's between November 1622 and June 1642 attributed to parents John Sackett of Buddles and Mary/Margary. The two missing from the list in the will are Sarah and Elizabeth. Elizabeth is known to have died in childhood and it may be assumed that Sarah had also died before 1678. The match between the will and the baptisms is strong evidence that the John Sackett of the will was the same man as the John Sackett baptized in March 1627/28. The will was proved on 3 August 1678.⁵

Sarah Sackett, daughter of John Sackett and Mary ___, was baptized at St Peter in Thanet, Kent^G, on 16 January 1630/31.¹ Sarah is not mentioned in the 1678 will of her brother John and it is therefore assumed that she had died before that date. She married at Canterbury St Mary Bredin, Kent^G, on 29 March 1653, Edward Phoenix.²

Katherine Sackett, daughter of John Sackett and Mary ___, was baptized at St Peter in Thanet, Kent^G, on 11 June 1633.¹ She died aged about 76 and was buried at St John in Thanet^G on 28 March 1710.³ She married at St Lawrence in Thanet^G on 6 July 1663, Stephen Mummery, son of James Mummery and Katherine ___.² Stephen was baptized at Chislet, Kent^G, on 14 February 1639.⁴
     Katherine was named as a beneficiary in her brother John's will made in St Lawrence in Thanet^G on 1 April 1678.⁵ She was left a sum of one shilling.

Joane Sackett, daughter of John Sackett and Mary ___, was baptized at St Peter in Thanet, Kent^G, on 17 January 1635/36.¹ She married at St John in Thanet^G on 28 June 1663, Richard Overy.^2,3
     Joane was named as a beneficiary in her brother John's will made in St Lawrence in Thanet^G on 1 April 1678.⁴ She was left a sum of one shilling.

Elizabeth Sackett, daughter of John Sackett and Mary ___, was baptized at St Peter in Thanet, Kent^G, on 21 October 1638.¹ She died aged 12 years and was buried there on 18 September 1650.²

Thomas Sackett, husbandman of Birchington, Kent, son of John Sackett and Mary ___, was baptized at St Peter in Thanet, Kent^G, on 26 June 1642.¹ He died aged about 38 and was buried at Birchington^G on 9 July 1680.⁴ He married at Canterbury St Mary Bredin^G on 1 June 1669, Anne Brown.^2,3 Anne was born in Birchington^G in 1643.⁵ She died aged about 70 and was buried there on 15 March 1712/13.⁶
     Thomas was named as a beneficiary in his brother John's will made at St Lawrence in Thanet^G on 1 April 1678.⁷ He and each of his sisters were to receive one shilling.

Edward Sackett, son of John Sackett and Elizabeth Turner, was baptized at Preston-next-Wingham, Kent^G, on 28 March 1641.¹ A death record has not been found, but it would appear that Edward died young as he was not named in his uncle Robert's will of 1658 (which did mention Edward's siblings, John and Mary.)

Henry Sackett, son of John Sackett and Elizabeth ___, was born in St John in Thanet, Kent^G, in June 1643, after the death of his father who had been buried there the previous month. Henry was baptized at St John in Thanet^G on 25 June 1643.¹
