Annie Louisa Easton, daughter of James Easton and Ann Devonshire "Annie" Sackette, was born in Streatham, SurreyG, on 17 September 1859 and baptized at Christ Church, Streatham Hill, Lambeth, SurreyG, on 21 October 1859.1 She died aged 93 at home at Atherstone Hall, Atherstone, WarwickshireG, on 15 June 1953.2,3,4 She married at All Saints Margaret Street, St Marylebone, MiddlesexG, on 12 April 1882, John Edward Compton-Bracebridge, a civil engineer, son of Rev Berdmore Compton, vicar of All Saints, who conducted the marriage ceremony.5 John had been apprenticed to Annie's father's company, Easton and Anderson, and became a partner in the firm in 1884.6 He was born in Barford, WarwickshireG, on 13 July 18597,8 and died aged 78 at home at Atherstone Hall, Atherstone, WarwickshireG, on 12 December 1937.9,4

Annie and her sister Marion proved their mother Ann's will in LondonG on 9 February 1916. Her estate was valued at £1,443.15
Annie's husband John was granted administration in LondonG on 8 August 1925 of their son Charles's estate, valued at £5,818. A further grant in the sum of £2,632 was made on 8 February 1956.16,17
John left a will which was proved in LondonG on 9 March 1938. His estate was valued at £86,936.18
