Florence Mary Bird Sackett, daughter of Arthur Digerson Sackett and Florence Sackett, was born in Broadstairs, Kent^G, on 24 August 1902^1,2,3,4 and baptized at St Peter in Thanet^G on 12 October 1902.² She died aged 98 in the Chiltern District, Buckinghamshire^G, on 3 December 2000.^5,6 She was unmarried.
     In 1911 Florence was living at 16 Chapel Place, Ramsgate, Kent^G, in the household of her parents Arthur and Florence, and was recorded in the census as Florence Sackett, a schoolgirl, aged eight and born in Broadstairs.⁷
     In 1921 she was living at 44 Grove Road, Ramsgate^G, in the household of her parents Arthur and Florence, and was recorded as Florence Mary Bird Sackett, aged 18.⁸
     At the outbreak of the Second World War in September 1939, Florence an assistant kindergarten mistress and was living at 40 Warten Road, Ramsgate^G, with her parents Arthur and Florence.⁹
     Florence and her brother Arthur proved their father Arthur's will on 13 April 1948. His estate was valued at £924.¹⁰

Sarah Hodgeman, daughter of Thomas Hodgeman and Mary Cock, was born in St Peter in Thanet, Kent^G, in 1779. She married at St Peter in Thanet^G on 13 April 1797, Jeremiah Sackett, son of John Sackett and Catherine Andrews,³ and baptized at St Peter in Thanet^G on 4 July 1779.¹ She died aged 71 in Ramsgate^G on 8 July 1850.²
     Sarah was named as a beneficiary in her husband Jeremiah's will made in Ramsgate^G on 24 February 1825.⁴

Eliza Hester/Esther Sackett, daughter of Jeremiah Sackett and Mary Ann (Butler) Redman, was born in Thanet, Kent^G, in 1866¹ and baptized at St George's Church, Ramsgate, Kent^G, on 18 June 1866.² She died in infancy in Ramsgate^G,3 and was buried at St George's Church^G on 6 September 1866.⁴

Rose Sackett, daughter of Jeremiah Sackett and Mary Ann (Butler) Redman, was born in Ramsgate, Kent^G, in 1863^1,2 and baptized at St George's Church, Ramsgate^G, on 31 August 1863.³ She died aged 74 in Thanet, Kent^G, in 1938.⁴ She married in Thanet, Kent^G, in 1887, William Henry Mynheer, a fisherman.^5,6 William was born in Ramsgate^G about 1865^2,7 and died aged 60 in Thanet^G in 1925.⁸
     In 1871 Rose was living at 2 Adelaide Gardens, Ramsgate, Kent^G, in the household of her parents Jeremiah and Mary, and was recorded in the census as Rose Sackett, aged eight and born in Ramsgate.⁹
     In 1881 she was living at 74 High Street, Ramsgate^G, in the household of Edward Paine, 34, a hotel keeper, and was recorded as Rose Sackett, a servant, unmarried, aged 18.¹⁰
     In 1891 she was living at 11 Camden Square, Ramsgate^G, and was recorded as Rose Mynheer, a fisherman's wife, aged 28. Living with her was her son Albert, aged one.¹¹
     In 1901 she was living at 6 Adelaide Gardens, Ramsgate^G, in the household of her husband William, 38, a mariner, and was recorded as R Mynheer, aged 39. Living with them were their children, Albert, 12, Daniel, 2, and Frederick, aged five months.¹²
     In 1911 she was living at 54 Hertford Street, Ramsgate^G, and was recorded as Rose Mynheer, head of household, aged 45. Living with her were her sons, William, 19, Daniel, 12, and Frederick, aged ten. Deleted entries on the census form indicate that her husband was a trawlerman, and it may be assumed that he was at sea. The form was completed and signed by 12-year-old Daniel.¹³

Frederick Sackett, son of Jeremiah Sackett and Mary Ann (Butler) Redman, was born in Thanet, Kent^G, in 1865¹ and baptized at St George's Church, Ramsgate, Kent^G, on 7 August 1865.² He died in infancy in Ramsgate, Kent^G,^3,4 and was buried at St George's Church^G on 1 October 1868.³

Emily Sackett, daughter of Jeremiah Sackett and Mary Ann (Butler) Redman, was born in Thanet, Kent^G, in 1868¹ and baptized at St George's Church, Ramsgate, Kent^G, on 18 May 1868.² She married at St John the Evangelist, East Dulwich, London^G, on 26 March 1893, Jesse James Butler, son of William Butler.³ Jesse was born about 1867.
     In 1871 Emily was living at 2 Adelaide Gardens, Ramsgate, Kent^G, in the household of her parents Jeremiah and Mary, and was recorded in the census as Emily Sackett, aged three and born in Ramsgate.⁴
     In 1881 she was living at 1 Grasmere, Ramsgate, Kent^G, in the household of her stepsister Mary and Mary's husband Sydney Stead, and was recorded as Emily Sackett, a scholar, aged 13 and born in Ramsgate.⁵

Ada Eliza Sackett, daughter of Jeremiah Sackett and Mary Ann (Butler) Redman, was born in Ramsgate, Kent^G, in 1870^1,2 and baptized at St George's Church, Ramsgate^G, on 18 January 1870.³ She married first at St Michael & All Angels, Ladbroke Grove, Kensington, London^G, on 9 September 1891, John Adam Robertson, son of Duncan Robertson.^4,5,6 John was born about 1869. She married second James Hill.
     In 1871 Ada was living at 2 Adelaide Gardens, Ramsgate, Kent^G, in the household of her parents Jeremiah and Mary, and was recorded in the census as Ada Sackett, aged one and born in Ramsgate.⁷
     In 1911 she was living at 56B Ufford Street, Waterloo, Lambeth, London^G, and was recorded as Ada Hill, a part-time cleaner, head of household, a widow aged 41 and born in Ramsgate. Living with her were her children, F Reginald Hill, 8, Elizabeth M Hill, 7, Cecil H Robertson, 18, and Florrie A Robertson, 16.⁸

Florence Sackett, daughter of Jeremiah Sackett and Mary Ann (Butler) Redman, was born in Thanet, Kent^G, on 22 December 1873^1,2,3 and baptized at St George's Church, Ramsgate, Kent^G, on 23 June 1889.⁴ She was probably the Florence Sackett aged 73 who died in Surrey^G in 1946.⁷ She married at St George, Ramsgate^G, on 20 December 1898, Arthur Digerson Sackett, son of Henry Digerson Sackett and Mary Bird Sackett.^5,6 Arthur and Florence were second cousins, both being great-grandchildren of Jeremiah and Sarah (Hodgeman) Sackett.
     In 1891 Florence was living at the Crampton Hotel, 58 & 60 Harbour Street, Ramsgate, Kent^G, in the household of her aunt Eliza Crampton, and was recorded in the census as Florence Sackett, an assistant (in the hotel), aged 17 and born in Ramsgate.⁸
     In 1901 she was living at Terncot, Ellington Road, Ramsgate, Kent^G, in the household of her husband Arthur, and was recorded as Florence Sackett, aged 27 and born in Ramsgate. Living with them were their son Arthur aged one, and Mary Sackett, Florence's 71-year-old widowed mother-in-law.⁹
     At the outbreak of the Second World War in September 1939, Arthur and Florence were living at 40 Warten Road, Ramsgate^G. Their daughter Florence was living with them.¹⁰
