James Adam Sackett, son of Thomas Sackett and Amanda Frances Hanks, was born in Macon, MissouriG, on 21 May 1890.1 He died aged 79 in Billings, Yellowstone County, MontanaG, on 26 July 1969.2 He married in MaconG on 28 August 1912, Hannah Lucille Nelson.2
     James completed a World War I draft registration card on 5 June 1917. He was aged 27 and was a warehouse clerk at Lindsey-Billings Company. He was living at 602 Sixth Street West, BillingsG, with his wife and three children.1

    Funeral services are 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Smith's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial is in Mountview Cemetery.
    Mr. Sackett was born in Macon, Mo., May 21, 1890, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Sackett. He came to Billings at the age of 14.
    He worked at various places in Billings, including the Great Northern Railroad, where he was a freight house foreman for 36 years.
    He married Hannah Lucile Nelson on Aug. 28, 1912, in Macon. She died in 1947. Mr. Sackett was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Clerks and Warehousemen.
    Survivors include two sons, Denver, 1823 Yellowstone Ave., and Burley, No. 8 Carrie Lynn Drive; a daughter, Mrs. Marie Huffman, Macon; a sister, Mrs. Flossie Lyda, Topeka, Kan; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren."

John Sackett, son of Samuel Sackett and Margarite Campbell, was born in Sangamon County, IllinoisG, in 18482 and died in 1918.3 He married Rachel I Mitts.3
     In 1880 John was living in Ten-Mile, Macon County, MissouriG, and was recorded in the census as John Sackett, a farmer, head of household, married, aged 31 and born in Illinois. Living with him were his wife Rachel, aged 25 and born in Iowa, and their son Orley, age four and born in Missouri.4
     John was named as a beneficiary in his father's will made in Ten Mile Township, Macon County, MissouriG, on 25 June 1890.5

Reuben Sackett, son of Samuel Sackett and Margarite Campbell, was born in Sangamon County, IllinoisG, in March 1851.1 He died aged 53 on 9 August 1904 and was buried at Hall Cemetery, Blue Mound, Macon County, IllinoisG.3 He married in Sangamon County, IllinoisG, on 29 January 1880, Eliza Branson.2 Eliza was born in Rockville, Parke County, IndianaG, on 26 June 1860.1,3 She died aged 79 in Judith Basin County, MontanaG, on 31 December 1939 and was buried at Moccasin Cemetery, Mocassin, Judith Basin CountyG.3
     Reuben was named as a beneficiary in his father's will made in Ten Mile Township, Macon County, MissouriG, on 25 June 1890.4
     In 1900 Reuben was living in Stonington, Christian County, IllinoisG, and was recorded in the census as Reuben Sackett, a farmer, head of household, aged 49. Living with him were his wife Eliza, 39, and their children, Oscar, 19, Arthur, 13, Viola, 9, and John, aged seven.5
     In 1910 Reuben's widow Eliza was living in StoningtonG and was recorded in the census as Eliza Sackett, a farmer, head of household, a widow, aged 49. Her sons, Arthur, 24, and John, 17, were living with her.6
     In 1920 she was living in StoningtonG in the household of her son John, and was recorded as Eliza Sackett, a widow, aged 59.7
     Eliza removed during the 1920s with her sons Oscar and John from Illinois to Moccasin, Montana.
     In 1930 she was living in Mocassin, Judith Basin County, MontanaG, and was recorded as Eliza Sackett, aged 69. She was living with her unmarried sons, Oscar and John.8

Thomas Sackett, son of Samuel Sackett and Margarite Campbell, was born in Sangamon County, IllinoisG, on 2 February 1862.1 He died aged 58 in Ten Mile Township, Macon County, MissouriG, on 30 August 19201 and was buried at Ten Mile CemeteryG on 2 September 1920.1,2 He married in Macon CountyG on 28 July 1882, Amanda Frances Hanks.1 Amanda was born in MaconG on 17 September 1860.2 She died aged 63 in Lydia Township, Macon CountyG, on 5 December 19231 and was buried at Ten Mile Baptist CemeteryG on 9 December 1923.2
     Thomas was named as a beneficiary in his father's will made in Ten Mile Township on 25 June 1890.3
