Clarissa Sacket, daughter of Lieutenant Martin Sacket and Miriam Bancroft, was born on 1 April 1803.¹ She died in infancy on 29 May 1803.¹

Maria Sacket, daughter of Lieutenant Martin Sacket and Miriam Bancroft, was born on 15 September 1804.¹ She died aged 59 on 1 November 1863.¹ She married in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, on 10 November 1825, Winslow Newton.¹ Winslow was born in 1802.¹ He died aged about 72 in 1874.¹

Dexter B Sackett, son of Lieutenant Martin Sacket and Miriam Bancroft, was born in Massachusetts^G on 1 June 1806.^1,2 He died aged 90 in Cortland, DeKalb County, Illinois^G, on 13 February 1897¹ and was buried at Mound Rest Cemetery, Cortland^G.⁴ He married first on 10 October 1832, Electa Bement, daughter of Judah Bement.¹ Electa was born in Norwich, Chenango County, New York State^G, in August 1808.^4,5 She died aged 55 in Plymouth, Chenango County^G, on 20 December 1863 and was buried at South Plymouth Cemetery, Chenango County^G.⁴ He married second in Whiteside County, Illinois^G, on 7 September 1864, Eliza (Gregory) Ingham, widow of Luman H Ingham.³ Eliza was born in 1819.⁶ She died aged about 79 in 1898 and was buried at Mound Rest Cemetery, Cortland^G.⁴

     In 1850 Dexter was living in Plymouth^G and was recorded in the census as D B Sacket, a farmer, aged 43 and born in Massachusetts. Living with him were his wife Electa, 41, and their children, Judah, 15, Orville, 13, Addison, 11, Clarissa, 9, Mary, 7, Franklin, 5, and Lester, aged three.⁸
     In 1860 he was living in Plymouth^G and was recorded as D B Sackett, a farmer, aged 54. Living with him were his wife Electa, 52, and their children, Mary, 17, Franklin, 15, Lester, 13, and Helen, aged nine.⁹
     In 1870 he was living in Cortland, DeKalb County, Illinois^G, and was recorded as Dexter B Sackett, a coal dealer, aged 64. Living with him were his second wife, Eliza, 40, and his daughter-in-law Carrie, 22, widow of his son Franklin.¹⁰
     In 1880 he was living in Cortland^G and was recorded as Dexter B Sackett, a retired farmer, aged 74. Living with him were his wife Eliza, 60, her son George, and George's two children.¹¹
     Dexter made his will at Cortland^G on 2 August 1888. He left to his wife Eliza her dower interest in the estate of her first husband Luman Ingham which Dexter had purchased from Luman's heirs. The remainder of his estate was to be shared equally among his children, De L [Lester], Clarissa, and Mary. The will was proved on 17 February 1897.

William Dwight Sackett, son of Lieutenant Martin Sacket and Miriam Bancroft, was born in South Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, on 22 March 1808.¹ He died aged 74 in Canastota, Madison County, New York State^G, on 2 March 1883.¹ He married on 21 February 1834, Julia Ann Harrington, daughter of William Harrington and Betsey Hemenway.¹
     William was listed in the 1840 census as a householder in Plymouth, Chenango County^G.²

Martha Diana Sackett, known as Diana, daughter of Lieutenant Martin Sacket and Miriam Bancroft, was born in Chenango County, New York State^G, on 25 May 1810.^1,2 She died aged 68 in Hebron, McHenry County, Illinois^G, on 9 May 1879.^1,3 She married on 7 September 1831, William Tower, a farmer, son of ___ Tower and Abigail Bates.¹ William was born in Washington County, Massachusetts^G, on 20 May 1802.²
     In 1850 Martha was living in Hebron^G in the household of her husband William, 48, a farmer, and was recorded in the census as Diana Tower, aged 40 and born in New York. Their daughter Mary, 15, was living with them.⁴

Henrietta Sackett, daughter of Lieutenant Martin Sacket and Miriam Bancroft, was born in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, on 4 November 1811.^1,2 She died aged 86 on 25 June 1898.¹ At the age of 72, she married John Bennett.¹

Harvey B Sackett, son of Lieutenant Martin Sacket and Miriam Bancroft, was born in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, on 3 October 1816.^1,2 He died aged 77 on 23 January 1894.¹ He married on 28 December 1847, Lucy Brooks, daughter of Clytus Brooks and Pamela Preston.¹
     In 1855 Harvey was living in Plymouth^G and was recorded in the census as Harvey B Sackett, a farmer, aged 37. Living with him were his wife Lucy, 31, and their children, Pamela, 5, and Francelia, aged one.³

Russell R Sackett, farmer, son of Lieutenant Martin Sacket and Miriam Bancroft, was born in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, on 23 May 1819.^1,2 He died aged 64 on 12 May 1884.¹ He married in 1842, Deborah Brown, daughter of Pardon Brown and Mary Sheldon.¹ Deborah was born in Plymouth^G about 1817.²
     In 1850 Russell was living in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, and was recorded in the census as Rusel Sackett, a farmer, married, aged 31 and born in New York. Living with him were his wife Deborah, 33, and their children, Julia, 5, and Celestia, aged three.³

Rev Lester M Sackett, Methodist minister, son of Lieutenant Martin Sacket and Miriam Bancroft, was born in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, on 29 November 1822.^1,2 He died aged 37 in Chenango County^G on 17 October 1860¹ and was buried at South Plymouth Cemetery, Chenango County^G.³ He married in January 1854, Calphurnia Lucinda Garrett, daughter of Ulricus Garrett and Lucinda Murdock.¹ Calphurnia was born in Madison County, New York State^G, on 13 September 1834.^4,5 After Lester's death, Calphurnia married second, Elijah Buell, in 1871, and third, Charles W Dain, in 1902. She died aged 80 in Norwich, Chenango County^G, on 22 July 1915.^5,6
     In 1850 Lester was living in Hebron, McHenry County, Illinois^G, in the household of his sister Diana and brother-in-law William Tower, and was recorded in the census as Lester Sacket, a farmer, aged 27 and born in New York.⁷
     In 1855 he was living in Plymouth^G and was recorded as Lester Sackett, a farmer, aged 32. His wife Calphurnia, 21, was living with him.⁸
     Lester made his will in North Norwich, Chenango County^G, on 9 October 1860. He left the use of his estate to his wife Calphurnia during her widowhood, the residue of estate thereafter to go to the Methodist Episcopal Church. The will was proved on 27 November 1860.
     In 1860 he was living in North Norwich, Chenango County^G, and was recorded as Lester M Sackett, a Methodist Episcopal clergyman, aged 37. His wife Calphurnia, 26, was living with him. There was also a six-year-old girl, Harriett Potter, in the household.⁹
