Judah Bement Sackett, son of Dexter B Sackett and Electa Bement, was born in New York State^G in February 1835.^1,2 He died aged 64 in April 1899.¹ He married Corilla B Whitrage.¹ She was born in Ohio^G about 1845.²
     In 1850 Judah was living in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, in the household of his parents Dexter and Electa, and was recorded in the census as Judah B Sacket, aged 15 and born in New York.³
     In 1880 he was living in St Peter, Nicollet County, Minnesota^G, and was recorded as J B Sackett, head of household, a fire insurance agent, aged 45, and born in New York. Other members of his household were his wife Corrillie, aged 35, and born in Ohio, his daughter Edith, aged 4, and born in Minnesota, and a 17-year-old servant, Margaret Ray.⁴

Orville Dexter Sackett, farmer of Ford County, Illinois, son of Dexter B Sackett and Electa Bement, was born in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, on 11 February 1837^1,2 and died aged 50 in Paxton, Ford County, Illinois^G, on 30 December 1887.^1,3 He married about 1860, Angeline Marie Steward.^1,4 She was born on 20 August 1840⁵ and died aged 86 in Paxton^G on 13 September 1926.⁶
     In 1850 Orville was living in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, in the household of his parents Dexter and Electa, and was recorded in the census as Orville D Sacket, aged 13 and born in New York.⁷
     In 1880 he was living in Lyman, Ford County, Illinois^G, and was recorded as Orville D Sackett, a farmer, head of household, married, aged 43 and born in New York State. Living with him were his wife Angeline, 39, and their children, Jennie, 19, and Jay, 12. There were five "other" adults in the house, perhaps lodgers.⁸

Addison L Sackett, son of Dexter B Sackett and Electa Bement, was born in New York State^G on 5 January 1839.^1,2 He married on 3 January 1865, Julia A Roberts.¹ Julia was born in New York State^G in 1844.^1,2 She died in 1896.¹
     In 1850 Addison was living in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, in the household of his parents Dexter and Electa, and was recorded in the census as Adison L Sacket, aged eleven and born in New York.³
     Addison served the Union as a Sergeant in the 89th New York Regiment during the American Civil War. He enlisted for three years in Norwich, Chenango County, New York State^G, on 29 September 1861. His military record notes that he "served his time in his Regt and was in all the battles of his Regt in 19 regular fights."⁴
     In 1880 he was living in St Peter, Nicollet County, Minnesota^G, and was recorded as A L Sackett, head of household, a miller, aged 41 and born in New York. Other members of his household were his wife Julia, aged 35, also born in New York, and his son Horatio, aged 11 and born in Minnesota.⁵

Clarissa E Sackett, daughter of Dexter B Sackett and Electa Bement, was born in New York State^G in 1841.^1,2 She married on 31 August 1856, Peter V Bennett.¹
     In 1850 Clarissa was living in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, in the household of her parents Dexter and Electa, and was recorded in the census as Clarisa E Sacket, aged nine and born in New York.³
     Clarissa was named in her father's will made at Cortland^G on 2 August 1888. She was to share equally with her siblings, De Lester and Mary, the residue of the estate after provision for their stepmother Eliza.

Mary E Sackett, daughter of Dexter B Sackett and Electa Bement, was born in New York State^G in 1843.^1,2 She married E O Newman.¹
     In 1850 Mary was living in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, in the household of her parents Dexter and Electa, and was recorded in the census as Mary E Sacket, aged seven and born in New York.³
     In 1860 she was living in Plymouth^G in the household of her parents Dexter and Electa, and was recorded as Mary Sackett, aged 17.⁴
     Mary was named in her father's will made at Cortland^G on 2 August 1888. She was to share equally with her siblings, De Lester and Clarissa, the residue of the estate after provision for their stepmother Eliza.

Franklin M Sackett, son of Dexter B Sackett and Electa Bement, was born in New York State^G in 1845.^1,2 He died aged about 23 in 1868.¹ He married Carrie Ingham, daughter of Luman H Ingham and Eliza Gregory.¹
     In 1850 Franklin was living in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, in the household of his parents Dexter and Electa, and was recorded in the census as Franklin M Sacket, aged five and born in New York.³
     In 1860 he was living in Plymouth^G in the household of his parents Dexter and Electa, and was recorded as Franklin Sackett, aged 15.⁴
     In 1870 Franklin's widow Carrie, 22, was living in Cortland, DeKalb County, Illinois^G, with her mother Eliza and stepfather (and father-in-law) Dexter Sackett.⁵

Lester D Sackett, later De Lester Sackett, son of Dexter B Sackett and Electa Bement, was born in New York State^G on 14 July 1847.^1,2 He married on 19 January 1892, Mary C Woleben.¹
     In 1850 Lester was living in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, in the household of his parents Dexter and Electa, and was recorded in the census as Lester D Sacket, aged three and born in New York.³
     In 1860 he was living in Plymouth^G in the household of his parents Dexter and Electa, and was recorded as Lester Sackett, aged 13.⁴

Helen Sackett, daughter of Dexter B Sackett and Electa Bement, was born in 1850.¹ She died aged about 21 in 1871.¹ She married James V Aldrich.¹
     In 1860 Helen was living in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, in the household of her parents Dexter and Electa, and was recorded in the census as Helen Sackett, aged nine and born in New York.²

Mary Amelia Tower, daughter of William Tower and Martha Diana Sackett, was born in New York State^G about 1835.^1,2 She died on 3 June 1893.¹ She married Robert Williams Brown.¹
     In 1850 Mary was living in Hebron, McHenry County, Illinois^G, in the household of her parents William and Diana, and was recorded in the census as Mary Tower, aged 15 and born in New York.³

Pamela M Sackett, daughter of Harvey B Sackett and Lucy Brooks, was born in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, on 25 June 1849.^1,2 She died aged 39 on 19 November 1888.¹ She married Alvin Stanton.¹
     In 1855 Pamela was living in Plymouth^G in the household of her parents Harvey and Lucy, and was recorded in the census as Pamela M Sackett, aged five.³

Francelia G Sackett, daughter of Harvey B Sackett and Lucy Brooks, was born in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, on 14 July 1853.^1,2 She died aged 23 on 6 November 1876.¹
     In 1855 Francelia was living in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, in the household of her parents Harvey and Lucy, and was recorded in the census as Francelia G Sackett, aged one.³

Rev Charles H Sackett, Methodist minister, son of Harvey B Sackett and Lucy Brooks, was born in Plymouth, Chenango County, New York State^G, on 26 September 1856.^1,2 He married on 21 February 1877, Arabella Crandall.
