Russell Sacket, son of Gad Sacket and Lucy Williams, was born in Westfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, on 25 November 17821,2,3 and died in 1839.1 He married at the First Church, WestfieldG, on 31 March 1808, Polly Brass, daughter of Henry Brass.1,4,5,6
     In 1850 Russell's widow Polly was living at Westfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, and was recorded in the census as Polly Sacket, aged 60, and born in Massachusetts. Living with her were her children, Mercy (36), and Charles (27), and [?grandson] William Sacket (11.)7,8
     In 1860 she was living at Westfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, in the household of her son Roland, and was recorded as Polly Sacket, houseworker, aged 72, and born in Massachusetts.9
     In 1870 she was living at Westfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, in the household of her daughter Mercy, and was recorded as Polla Sackett, aged 83, and born in Massachusetts.10
