Abigail Sacket, daughter of Zebulon Sacket and Lucy Root, was born in Sheffield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts^G, on 8 October 1768.¹ She died aged 85 in Vergennes, Addison County, Vermont^G, on 19 October 1853² and was buried at Prospect Cemetery, Vergennes^G.² She married in Ferrisburgh, Addison County^G, on 5 October 1794, Durand Roberts, son of Eli Roberts and Abigail Durand.³ Durand was born in New Milford, Litchfield County, Connecticut^G, on 17 February 1764.³ He died aged 53 in Ferrisburgh^G on 19 September 1817.³

Amos Sacket, son of Zebulon Sacket and Lucy Root, was born in Sheffield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts^G, on 14 February 1773.¹ He died aged 21 in Westfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts^G, on 12 December 1794.²

Anne Sacket, daughter of Zebulon Sacket and Lucy Root, was born in Sheffield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts^G, on 18 October 1764.¹ No further record has been found. She may have died young.

Lucy Sacket, daughter of Zebulon Sacket and Lucy Root, was born in Sheffield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts^G, on 29 March 1775.¹ She died aged 76 at her son Frederick's home in Schenectady, Albany County, New York State^G, on 29 May 1851.² She married on 9 May 1795, Captain Amos Mudge, her stepbrother, son of Jarvis Mudge and Prudence Treat.³ Amos was born in New Lebanon, Columbia County, New York State^G, on 12 October 1770.³ He died aged 45 in Broadalbin, Fulton County, New York State^G, on 26 June 1816.³
     Widow Lucy Mudge was listed in the 1820 census as a householder in Broadalbin^G.⁴
     In 1850 Lucy was living in Schenectady, Albany County, New York State^G, in the household of her son Frederick, and was recorded in the census as Lucy Mudge, aged 75.⁵

Oliver Sacket, son of Zebulon Sacket and Lucy Root, was born in Sheffield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts^G, on 30 October 1766.¹ He died there in infancy before 1770.²

     Although Oliver had few possessions, literally just his clothes and $8 in cash, due process was followed in settling his affairs. His mother Lucy, now Lucy Mudge of Canaan, Columbia County, New York, by a letter of 2 June 1794, declined to act as administrator, proposing instead Solomon Mudge. Solomon, a merchant of New Haven, would have been her stepson by her second marriage. He died in New Haven on 30 June 1794. Administration of the estate was eventually completed by two other appointees more than a year later. The inventory, made in New Haven on 9 October 1795, listed Oliver's clothing, including a "coat with lappels" at 18 shillings, a pair of silk and cotton stockings 9s, a striped jacket nearly new 8s, and a pair of velvet breeches valued at 15 shillings. These quality items and his presence in the West Indies suggest that he may have been an officer on a ship.²

Columbus Dellino "C D" Sackett, son of Cyrus Sackett and Christiana Eley, was born in Berne, Adams County, Indiana^G, on 12 October 1866.² He died aged 83 in Swifton, Jackson County, Arkansas^G, on 8 January 1950² and was buried in the Sackett Family Cemetery, Swifton^G.² Always known as "C D", he married in Antwerp, Paulding County, Ohio^G, on 14 August 1892, Emma Maria Hughes.² She was born in Antwerp^G on 14 December 1873.² She died aged 86 in Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas^G, on 3 February 1960² and was buried in the Sackett Family Cemetery, Swifton^G.²
     In 1880 Columbus was living in Blue Creek, Adams County, Indiana^G, in the household of his parents Cyrus and Christiana, and was recorded in the census as Columbus D Sackett, at home, aged 13 and born in Indiana.³

Iona Belle Sackett, daughter of Columbus Dellino "C D" Sackett and Emma Maria Hughes, was born in Monroe, Adams County, Indiana^G, on 29 May 1897¹ and died aged 68 in Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas^G, on 17 March 1966.² She married on 20 August 1916, Charlie Crain.²

Myrl Mae Sackett, daughter of Columbus Dellino "C D" Sackett and Emma Maria Hughes, was born in Swifton, Jackson County, Arkansas^G, on 18 March 1899.² She died aged 91 in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee^G, on 24 November 1990³ and was buried in Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas^G.³ She married in Jonesboro^G on 13 April 1921, John Fletcher "Fletch" Dowdy.³ He was born in Salisbury, Rowan County, North Carolina^G, on 15 November 1896³ and died aged 90 in Jonesboro^G on 18 November 1986.³

Virginia Merle Dowdy, daughter of John Fletcher "Fletch" Dowdy and Myrl Mae Sackett, was born in Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas^G, on 23 July 1929.¹ She died aged 77 in Deerfield, Lake County, Illinois^G, on 23 August 2006¹ and was buried in Naperville Cemetery, Naperville, Illinois^G, on 26 August 2006.¹ She married in 1951, as his second or third wife, Joseph B LaRose.¹ He was born in Farmington, St Francois County, Missouri^G, on 21 October 1901¹ and baptized there on 16 March 1902.¹ He died aged 74 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois^G, on 25 September 1976¹ and was buried in Maryhill Cemetery, Niles, Cook County^G, on 27 September 1976.¹

Dellino Fletcher Dowdy, son of John Fletcher "Fletch" Dowdy and Myrl Mae Sackett, was born on 13 December 1921.¹ He died aged 83 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin^G, on 21 May 2005¹ and was buried in Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield, Waukesha County, Wisconsin^G, on 25 May 2005.¹
