Dwight Putman Sackett, son of Orange E Sackett and Emma Susan Chesley, was born in Warrensburg, Macon County, Illinois^G, on 16 September 1879.^1,2,3 He died aged 75 in Sunnyside, Yakima County, Washington State^G, on 9 July 1955.⁴ He married in Victor, Teller County, Colorado^G, on 5 February 1903, Mary Jane Carty, daughter of Bernard Carty and Dora Farrell.⁵ Mary was born in County Wicklow, Ireland^G, on 7 March 1879.⁶ She died aged 86 in Sunny Haven Nursing Home, Sunnyside, Yakima County, Washington State^G, on 16 May 1965.^7,8
     In 1880 Dwight was living in Illini, Macon County, Illinois^G, in the household of his parents Orange and Emma, and was recorded in the census as Dwight Sackett, aged nine months and born in Illinois.⁹
     In 1885 he was living in Wyandotte County, Kansas^G, in the household of his parents Orange and Emma, and was recorded as Dwight O Sackett, aged five and born in Illinois.¹⁰
     In 1910 he was living at State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah^G, and was recorded as Dwight Sackett, a steel worker, head of household, aged 30. He owned his home free of mortgage. Living with him were his wife Mary, 31, and their children, Dorothy, 7, and Ray, aged three.¹¹
     Dwight completed a World War I draft registration card on 12 September 1918. He was then aged 38 and was a structural ironworker at the Utah Oil Refinery Company. He was living at 44 West Taylor Avenue, Salt Lake City, Utah^G, with his wife Mary.²
     In 1920 he was living at West Taylor Avenue, Salt Lake City^G, and was recorded as Dwight P Sacket, an inspector of oil tanks, head of household, aged 40. He owned his home free of mortgage. Living with him were his wife Mary, 40, and their children, Dorothy, 16, Raymond, 12, Dwight, 8, Elizabeth, 6, and Edward, aged three.¹²
     In 1930 he was living at West 24th South Street, Salt Lake City^G, and was recorded as Dwight P Sackett, a foreman in an oil refinery, head of household, aged 49. He owned his home. Living with him were his wife Mary, 50, and their sons, Dwight Jr, 18, and Edward, aged 13.¹³
     Dwight and Mary were listed in the Salt Lake City directories from 1928 to 1946, living at West 24th South Street, Salt Lake City^G. Dwight was a steel worker and in 1942 also taught at the Adult Evening School.¹⁴
     Dwight completed a World War II draft registration card on 25 April 1942. He was then aged 62 and was unemployed. He was living at 44 West 24th South Street, Salt Lake City, Utah^G, with his wife Mary. He appears to have been visiting New York at the date of the draft.¹⁵

William Sackett, son of James Sackett and Ann Argent Lee, was born in Dagenham, Essex^G, in 1832 and baptized at St Peter & St Paul, Dagenham^G, on 16 September 1832.¹ He died in childhood in Romford, Essex^G, in 1838² and was buried at St Peter & St Paul, Dagenham^G, on 15 July 1838.³

Elizabeth Sackett was born between 1790 and 1795.² She died aged between 55 and 60 in St Pancras, Middlesex^G, in 1850³ and was buried at St Pancras Church^G on 10 November 1850.⁴ It is not known whether Elizabeth was a Sackett descendant or a spouse of a Sackett.

Anne Charlotte Sackett, daughter of James Sackett and Ann Argent Lee, was born in Dagenham, Essex^G, on 10 June 1823 and baptized at St Peter & St Paul, Dagenham^G, on 6 July 1823.¹ She died aged 38 in Romford, Essex^G, in 1861.²

Emma Sackett was born about 1830.¹ She died aged 31 in Canterbury, Kent^G, in 1861.² It is not known whether Emma was a Sackett descendant or a Sackett wife.

Charlotte Sackett was born about 1800.¹ She died aged 64 in Kensington, Middlesex^G, in 1864.² It is not known whether Charlotte was a Sackett descendant or a Sackett wife.

Arthur Henry Sackett, son of William Henry Sackett and Martha Randall, was born in Bradfield, Berkshire^G, in 1871¹ and baptized at St Margaret, Mapledurham, Oxfordshire^G, on 22 October 1871.² He died aged six in Orsett, Essex^G, in 1878³ and was buried at St Giles and All Saints, Orsett^G, on 27 April 1878.⁴

Martha Jane Sackett, daughter of John Henry Sackett and Martha Jane Gratton, was born in Islington, Middlesex^G, in 1880.¹ She died there in infancy² and was buried at Islington Cemetery, London^G, on 19 June 1880.³

Albert Sackett was born about 1895.¹ He died in childhood at St Pancras Workhouse, London^G, on 6 March 1899^2,3 and was buried at St Pancras Church (Finchley Cemetery)^G on 10 March 1899.^4,5 His parents have not been identified.

Thomas Sackett was born about 1836.¹ He died aged 64 in West Ham, Essex^G,² and was buried at West Ham Cemetery^G on 11 June 1900.³ His parents have not been identified.
