Wallace Render Sackett, son of Frederick Charles Sackett and Jessie Gray Cousland, was born in Ramsgate, Kent^G, on 7 September 1895.^1,2,3 He died aged 78 in Pershore, Worcestershire^G, in 1974.⁴ He married in Hastings, Sussex^G, in 1920, Emily Esther Bown.^5,6 Emily was born on 25 April 1896² and died aged 91 in Meirionydd, Gwynedd, Wales^G, in October 1987.⁷
     In 1901 Wallace was living at High Brooms, Tunbridge Wells, Kent^G, in the household of his parents Frederick and Jessie, and was recorded in the census as Wallace R Sackett, aged five and born in Ramsgate.⁸
     In 1911 he was living at Hillside, Wingham, Kent^G, in the household of his parents Frederick and Jessie, and was recorded as Wallace Render Sackett, a draper's assistant, aged 15 and born in Ramsgate.⁹
     Wallace served in the British Army during the First World War as a Private in the Somerset Light Infantry and then in the Labour Corps. He enlisted on 2 July 1917 and was discharged due to sickness on 3 April 1919. He was awarded the Victory Medal and the British Medal in recognition of active service overseas. He was granted a Silver War Badge, to be worn with civilian clothes to indicate that he had been honourably discharged because of illness or injury.^10,11,12

Elsie Sackett, daughter of Frederick Charles Sackett and Jessie Gray Cousland, was born in Tunbridge, Kent^G, on 3 November 1898.^1,2 She died aged 75 in Pershore, Worcestershire^G, on 27 March 1974.^2,3 She married in Epsom, Surrey^G, in 1928, Arthur Ross Slater, a teacher, son of Arthur John Slater and Janet Charlotte Emily Miller.^4,5 Arthur was born in Wandsworth, London^G, on 2 September 1902^6,7 and baptized at St Stephen, Wandsworth^G, on 27 September 1902.⁸ He died aged 78 in Pershore, Worcestershire^G, on 16 February 1981.^9,3

Grace May Sackett, daughter of Frederick Charles Sackett and Jessie Gray Cousland, was born in Faversham, Kent^G, on 9 November 1908.^1,2 She died aged about 85 in Yeovil, Somerset^G, in November 1993.³ She was unmarried.
     In 1911 Grace was living at Hillside, Wingham, Kent^G, in the household of her parents Frederick and Jessie, and was recorded in the census as Grace May Sackett, aged two and born in Faversham.⁴
     In 1921 she was living at 18 Gensing Road, St Leonard's, Hastings^G, in the household of her parents Frederick and Jessie, and was recorded as Grace May Sackett, aged twelve.⁵
     At the outbreak of the Second World War in September 1939, Grace was living at The Manor (Boys Preparatory School), North Perrott, Yeovil, Somerset^G, where she was the school secretary.⁶
     Grace proved her mother Jessie's will on 6 February 1951. Her estate was valued at £180.⁷

     Edward completed a United States World War I draft registration card in Massachusetts on 12 September 1918. He was then aged 39 and was a public accountant working at Gunn Richards Co in Boston. He was living at 92 Winthrop Road, Unit 3, Brookline, Norfolk County, Massachusetts^G, with his wife May.¹³

Nora Alice Sackett, daughter of Edward Gaskell Sackett and Alice Horsburgh, was born in Horsforth, Yorkshire^G, on 10 April 1880.^1,2 She died aged about 74 in Leicester^G about 1954.² She married in Nottingham^G on 12 February 1906, Gordon S Horsburgh.^3,4,2 Gordon was born on 3 January 1879² and died aged 58 on 22 October 1937.²
