Abigail Sackett, daughter of Samuel Sackett and Abigail Blakeslee, was born in North Haven, New Haven County, Connecticut^G, on 4 September 1782^1,2 and baptized at St John's, North Haven^G, in 1782.² She died aged 85 in North Haven^G on 1 April 1868 and was buried at New Center Cemetery, North Haven^G.^4,5 She married first in North Haven^G on 15 October 1806, Benjamin Dixon, son of John Dixon and Jane Gordon.² Benjamin was born in Voluntown, New London County, Connecticut^G, on 14 May 1776.⁶ He died aged 31 in New Haven^G on 9 July 1807 and was buried at Grove Street Cemetery, New Haven^G.^4,7,8 She married second in Wallingford, New Haven County^G, on 4 June 1809, James Munson, son of Jonathan Munson and Mary Taintor.^2,3 James was born on 20 October 1780.⁹ He died on 9 September 1858 and was buried at New Center Cemetery, North Haven^G.^4,10,11
     Abigail and her father Samuel Sackett were appointed administrators of Benjamin Dixon's estate by the New Haven Court on 20 July 1807, with Elisha Jones, a mariner, standing surety. An inventory valued the estate at $669 with debts of $203.¹²
     In 1850 Abigail was living in North Haven^G in the household of her husband James Munson, 69, a farmer, and was recorded in the census as Abigail Munson, aged 67 and born in Connecticut. Living with them were their [presumably unmarried] children, George, 40, Olive, 37, Willis, 31, and Louisa, 29, and their married daughter Eunice Cooper, 34. There was also a male pauper in the household.¹³
     In 1860 she was living in North Haven^G in the household of her son George, 50, and was recorded as Abigail Munson, aged 78. Her daughter Olive, 45, was also living with them.¹⁴
     Administration of Abigail's estate was granted to her son George by the New Haven Court on 4 May 1868, with her son-in-law Willis Cooper as surety. Her estate was valued at $2,972 which included several lots of land as well as the home lot, a US Treasury note, and a bank savings account.¹²

Leonard George Sackett, son of Leonard Samuel Sackett and Dorothy I Burgess, was born in Fulham, London^G, on 5 August 1930.^1,2 He died aged 81 on 6 November 2011.³ He married in Fulham^G in 1954, Barbara L Naris.^4,2 Barbara was born on 26 August 1931.²

Arethusa Sackett, daughter of Edward Sackett and Nancy Sloan, was born in Vermont^G on 2 August 1842.^1,2 She died aged 69 in Hyde Park, Lamoille County, Vermont^G, on 17 February 1912.³ She married in Morristown, Lamoille County^G, on 2 June 1887, Richard Moiles, son of James Moiles and Catherine ___.⁴
     In 1850 Arethusa was living in Milton, Chittenden County, Vermont^G, in the household of her parents Edward and Nancy, and was recorded in the census as Arathusa Sacket, aged six and born in Vermont.⁵
     In 1870 Arethusa was living in Milton^G in the household of her mother Nancy, and was recorded in the census as Arathesa Sackett, a domestic servant, aged 26 and born in Vermont.⁶
     In 1880 she was living in Morristown, Lamoille County, Vermont^G, and was recorded as Thusa Sackett, single, aged 37. She was a house servant in the household of Philip Glud, a lawyer.⁷

Lucy E Sackett, daughter of Edward Sackett and Nancy Sloan, was born in Vermont^G in 1850.¹

     In 1900 Dora, aged 48, was living at Lindel Street, Haverhill, Essex County, Massachusetts^G. Her son William, 23, was living with her.³

William Sackett, son of Edgar Sackett and Isadore ___, was born in Vermont^G in August 1876.¹
     In 1880 William was living in Hyde Park, Lamoille County, Vermont^G, in the household of his parents Edgar and Isadore, and was recorded in the census as Willie Sackett, aged four and born in Vermont.²
     In 1900 he was living at Lindel Street, Haverhill, Essex County, Massachusetts^G, in the household of his mother Dora, and was recorded as William Sachett, an electrician, aged 23.³
