Hannah Sackett
Hannah Sackett, of Wapping, London, was born say 1710. Her parents have not been identified. She married in St George in the East, LondonG, on 3 April 1733, William Teguy.1 It would seem likely that this was the same William Teguy who married Elizabeth Sackett at St Benet, Paul's Wharf, London City on 3 July 1739.

In 1930 Hiram was living at Eighth Avenue South East, Rochester, Olmsted County, MinnesotaG, and was recorded in the census as Hiram Griffiths, a clerk at the YMCA, aged 19 and born in Montana. He was living with his widowed mother Nellie in the household of Nellie's brother Leslie and sister-in-law Elvira.2

Come the parties aforesaid, and file a petition to sell the real estate of Enoch Lympus, dec. and suggest the insufficiency of the personal property of said estate to satisfy the demands against the same, and file an inventory of the real estate of said decedent, to wit the South West Quarter of Section 5, Township 10 N. Range 5 E. Also, the West Half of the S. E. Quarter of Section 5, Township 10 N. Range 5 E. in said County—appraised to the sum of $600.00. It is therefore ordered by the Court, that the pendency of this petition he published four weeks successively in the Indiana Journal, a newspaper published at Indianapolis in this state, and that the heirs and devisees (names not known) of said decedent, be and appear before the judge of our probate court, on the first day of the next term, to shew cause if any they can, why the real estate shall not be sold or so much thereof as can satisfy the demands against said estate, according to the prayer of said petitioners, or the same will he heard in their absence: and this cause is continued.
