Frederick Booth Sackett, son of Jacob Richmond Sackett and Mabel Munsell, was born in MassachusettsG on 29 November 1907.1 He died aged 97 in Indialantic, Brevard County, FloridaG, on 12 December 20041 and was buried at Riverside Memorial Park, Tequesta, Palm Beach County, FloridaG.3 He married at Rensselaer County, New York StateG, on 2 September 1930, Thelma Mae Bedle.2 Thelma was born in New JerseyG about 1912.2
     In 1910 Frederick was living at 33 Walnut Street, SpringfieldG, in the household of his parents Jacob and Mabel, and was recorded in the census as Frederick B Sackett, aged two and born in Massachusetts.4
     In 1920 Frederick was living at 366 White Street, SpringfieldG, in the household of his parents Jacob and Mabel, and was recorded in the census as Frederick B Sackett, aged 12 and born in Massachusetts.5

Maria stated that Robert John was the father. The child had been registered in the name Mayne, but Maria, who had stated that she was single when marrying Robert John, was not able to explain why Robert Alfred's birth certificate included reference to a surname Hornby, apparently entered as her former or maiden name.
