     In 1900 George was living in Sugar Creek Township, Harrison County, MissouriG, and was recorded in the census as George W Brelsford, farmer, head of household, aged 43 and born in Ohio. He owned his home and farm on a mortgage. Living with him were his wife Sarah, also 43, and their children, Clarence, 19, Gertrude, 14, Wava, 10, Ira, 6, Margaret, 4, and George, aged one.2
