Henry Sackett, son of Francis George Sackett and Emma (Oyling) Parry, was born in Rotherhithe, SurreyG, on 24 October 1871.1,2 He died aged 42 in St Olave Bermondsey, SurreyG, on 24 October 19133,1,4 and was buried at Plaistow Cemetery.4 He married at St John the Evangelist, Walworth, SurreyG, on 9 March 1890, Annie Kelly, daughter of Timothy Kelly.1,5,6,7 She was born on 24 December 18701 and died aged 67 on 12 January 1938.8,1
     In 1881 Henry was living at 16 Mary Street, RotherhitheG, and was recorded in the census as Henry Sackett, a scholar, aged 11, and born in Rotherhithe, the son of Frank Sackett.9
     In 1891 he was living at 84 Adam Street, RotherhitheG, in the household of his parents Francis and Emma, and was recorded as Henry Sackett, a deal [timber?] porter, married, aged 22, and born in Rotherhithe. Also in the household was a 22-year-old Mrs Sackett, assumed to have been his wife Annie.10
     In 1901 he was living at 5 Anthony Street, BermondseyG, and was recorded as Henry Sackett, head of household, married, aged 31, a dock labourer, and born in Rotherhithe. Living with him were his wife Annie, aged 31, and his children, Henry, 10, Timothy, 8, Annie, 6, and Frances, aged four.11
     In 1911 he was living at 40 Janeway Street, BermondseyG, and was recorded as Henry Sackett, a dock labourer, head of household, aged 42 and born in Rotherhithe. Living with him were his wife Annie, 40, and their children, Henry, 20, Timothy, 17, Annie, 15, George, 11, Joseph, 9, John, 7, and twins Tom and Mary, aged five. There were also two boarders in the household.12

     In 1921 Henry's widow Annie was living at 40 Janeway Street, BermondseyG, and was recorded in the census as Mrs A Sackett, a widow, head of household, aged 51. Living with her were her children, George, 21, John, 17, Tom, 15, and Mary, 15. Also in the household was William Kelly, a nephew, 26.13

Timothy Patrick Sackett, son of Henry Sackett and Annie Kelly, was born in St Olave Southwark, SurreyG, on 7 May 1893.1,2 He died aged 64 at home at 66 St James Road, Bermondsey, LondonG, on 13 July 1957.3,4,5 He married at St James Church, Bermondsey, LondonG, on 7 November 1915, Matilda Louisa Le Beau, daughter of Arthur William Le Beau and ___ Brice.6,7,8 Matilda was born in SouthwarkG on 2 February 18969,2 and died there aged 75 in 1971.10

     Timothy died intestate. Letters of administration of his estate were granted on 14 January 1958 to his widow Matilda. The estate was valued at £906.19
