Samuel S Andrews, son of Almon Andrews and Hannah M Sackett, was born in Cayuga County, New York StateG, in 1840.1,2 He died aged about 23 in 18631 and was buried at Indian Mound Cemetery, Moravia, Cayuga CountyG.3
     In 1850 he was living in Auburn, Cayuga County, New York StateG, in the household of his parents Allen [sic] and Hannah, and was recorded as Samuel Andrews, aged nine and born in New York.4
     In 1855 he was living in AuburnG in the household of his parents Almon and Hannah, and was recorded as Samuel S Andrews, aged 14 and born in Cayuga County.5
     In 1860 he was living in AuburnG in the household of his mother Hannah, and was recorded as Samuel S Andrews, an apprentice to a cabinet maker, aged 19.6
