     In 1855 she was living in Moravia^G in the household of her husband Beriah, 55, a miller, and was recorded as Harriet King, aged 44 and born in Greene County. Living with them were their children, Matilda, 13, Elizabeth, 11, Jerusha, 8, and Emma, 6. Harriet's father Jesse, 87, and brother Abner, 32, were also in the household.⁵
