Rev Moses Eckert Arkills, son of Nathaniel Sackett Arkills and Jane Ann Eckert, was born in Ulster County, New York StateG, on 7 January 1826.1 He died aged 70 in Rudd, Floyd County, IowaG, on 26 November 1896.1 He married in New York StateG on 2 February 1852, Rachel A Bartlett.1 Rachel was born in Schoharie County, New York StateG, on 23 July 1830.1 She died aged 73 on 11 April 1904.1
