Richard Charles Sackett, son of Charles Henry Sackett and Elsie E Binnie, was born in the Romford Registration District, Essex^G, on 4 February 1931.^1,2 He died on 12 July 2017.³ He married in the Romford Registration District^G in 1954, Maureen D Suett.⁴ Maureen was born in the Romford Registration District^G in 1935.⁵

Mercy Matilda Sackett, daughter of Cassander Sackett and Henrietta M Beach, was born in Tallmadge, Summit County, Ohio^G, on 5 July 1831.¹ She died aged 55 in Denmark, Lee County, Iowa^G, on 28 October 1886 and was buried at Denmark Cemetery^G.³ She married in Lee County, Iowa^G, on 15 October 1856, William Hornby.² William was born in Maine^G on 4 March 1830.³ He died aged 85 on 14 December 1915 and was buried at Denmark Cemetery^G.³
     In 1850 Mercy was living in Division 28, Lee County, Iowa^G, in the household of her parents Cassander and Henrietta, and was recorded in the census as Mercy M Sacket, aged 19 and born in Ohio.⁴

William Loyd Garrison Sackett, son of Cassander Sackett and Henrietta M Beach, was born in Tallmadge, Summit County, Ohio^G, on 3 September 1833.¹ He died aged 87 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California^G, on 14 November 1920 and was buried at Live Oak Memorial Park, Monrovia, Los Angeles County, California^G.² He married in Schuyler County, Illinois^G, on 7 April 1868, Catherine E Putnam. Catherine was born in Illinois^G about 1834.³
     In 1850 William was living in Division 28, Lee County, Iowa^G, in the household of his parents Cassander and Henrietta, and was recorded in the census as William Sacket, a farmer, aged 17 and born in Ohio.⁴
     In 1860 he was living in Denmark, Lee County^G, in the household of his parents Cassander and Henrietta, and was recorded as Wm L G Sacket, an engineer, aged 26.⁵
     In 1870 he was living in Burlington, Des Moines County, Iowa^G, and was recorded as W L Sackett, a locomotive engineer, aged 37. His wife Catherine, 36, was living with him.⁶
     In 1880 he was living in Lead City, Lawrence County, Dakota Territory^G, and was recorded as William L Sackett, a machinist, aged 48. His wife Catherine, 48, was living with him.⁷

George Cassander Sackett, son of Cassander Sackett and Henrietta M Beach, was born in Tallmadge, Summit County, Ohio^G, on 29 December 1835.¹ He died aged 86 in Winterset, Madison County, Iowa^G, on 16 April 1922 and was buried at Winterset Cemetery^G.³ He married in Eddyville, Wapello County, Iowa^G, on 6 November 1867, Emma A French, daughter of Rev Alvin Duncan French and Caroline A Clark.² Emma was born in Pennsylvania^G on 17 November 1841.³ She died aged 82 in Winterset^G on 7 May 1924 and was buried at Winterset Cemetery^G.³
     In 1850 George was living in Division 28, Lee County, Iowa^G, in the household of his parents Cassander and Henrietta, and was recorded in the census as George Sacket, a farmer, aged 14 and born in Ohio.⁴
     In 1860 he was living in Denmark, Lee County^G, in the household of his parents Cassander and Henrietta, and was recorded as George C Sacket, a farm laborer, aged 24.⁵
     George served the Union during the American Civil War, enlisting as a Private in Company C, 1st Iowa Cavalry, on 14 July 1861.⁶

Frank Alvan Sackett, son of George Cassander Sackett and Emma A French, was born in Denmark, Lee County, Iowa^G, in 1868.¹ He died aged about 85 in Ottumwa, Wapello County, Iowa^G, on 17 July 1953.¹ He married in Madison County, Iowa^G, on 19 October 1897, Ida M Wilson. Ida was born in Iowa^G in November 1866.¹ She died aged 62 in Winterset, Madison County, Iowa^G, on 26 August 1929.¹

Carrie Etta Sackett, daughter of George Cassander Sackett and Emma A French, was born in Iowa^G on 7 October 1871^1,2 and died aged 78 in Orfino, Clearwater County, Idaho^G, on 14 November 1950.¹ She married first about 1891, John Lincoln Fox, a grocery store owner.^3,2 They divorced. She married second before 1912, Henry C Youngblood, a farmer.²
     In 1900 Carrie was living at West 10th Street, Rocky Ford, Otero County, Colorado^G, in the household of her husband John, 36, a merchant, and was recorded in the census as Carrie E Fox, aged 28 and born in Iowa. Living with them were their children, Jesse, 8, Ethel, 6, Imogene, 4, and Charles, aged two.⁴
     In 1920 she was living at Graham Avenue, Gillette, Campbell County, Wyoming^G, in the household of her second husband, Henry, 48, a farmer, and was recorded as Carrie E Youngblood, a dressmaker, aged 48 and born in Iowa. Living with them was their daughter Ruth, aged eight.⁵

Anna E Sackett, daughter of George Cassander Sackett and Emma A French, was born in Winterset, Madison County, Iowa^G, on 3 June 1874¹ and died in Sioux City, Woodbury County, Iowa^G, on 15 May 1950.¹

Ida Florence Sackett, daughter of George Cassander Sackett and Emma A French, was born in Iowa^G in 1878¹ and died aged about 86 in Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa^G, on 21 March 1965.¹
