     Sarah gave evidence as a witness for her father Jeffery in the court action Sackett v. Haite in April 1683.³

Lucy May Sackett, daughter of Daniel Sackett and Abigail Smith, was born in New York State^G on 14 October 1823.^1,2,3 She died aged 69 in Kimball, St Clair County, Michigan^G, on 7 December 1892^4,5 and was buried at Mallory Cemetery, Kimball^G.⁷ She married Parker M Brown, son of Daniel Brown and Elizabeth French.⁶ He was born in New Hampshire^G on 6 June 1816^6,7 and was buried at Mallory Cemetery^G.⁷ He died aged 70 on 28 September 1886.

Mallory, 31, their adopted son, Henry Brown, 18, and Lizzie's children, Minnie, 12, and Cora, aged ten.⁹
