James Monroe Iliff, son of Samuel Iliff and Patience Wetherill, was born in Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio^G, on 18 September 1824.¹ He died in Cheltenham, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania^G, on 2 June 1888¹ and was buried at at the Cheltenham Methodist Church^G in June 1888.¹ He married at at the Cheltenham Methodist Church^G on 28 October 1852, Mary Ann Bevan.¹

Mary Elizabeth Iliff, daughter of James Monroe Iliff and Mary Ann Bevan, was born in Cheltenham, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania^G, in 1854.¹ She died there aged about 42 on 18 July 1896.¹ She married in Pennsylvania^G on 23 December 1875, John Alexander Todd.¹

Samuel Beck Iliff, teamster, son of William Wetherill Iliff and Susan Rich Gilbert, was born in Trevose, Bucks County, Pennsylvania^G, on 10 February 1855. He died aged 60 at 4823 Orianna Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania^G, on 4 March 1915 and was buried at the William Penn Cemetery, Philadelphia^G. He married in Davisville, Bucks County^G, on 23 February 1881, Sarah Catherine "Sallie" Tomlinson. Sallie was born in Southampton(ville), Bucks County^G, in October 1858. She died aged 43 in Frankford, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania^G, on 26 September 1902 and was buried at the William Penn Cemetery^G.
     In 1880 Samuel was living at Bensalem, Bucks County^G, in the household of Jacob and Deborah Randall, and was recorded in the census as Samuel B Iliff, a laborer, aged 24 and born in Pennsylvania. Also in the household was his 11-year-old nephew Charles Iliff.²

William Wetherill Iliff, son of Samuel Iliff and Patience Wetherill, was born in Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio^G, on 13 July 1822. He died aged 63 in Cheltenham, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania^G, on 5 March 1886 and was buried at the Cheltenham Methodist Church Cemetery^G on 8 March 1886. He married in Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania^G, on 14 November 1844, Susan Rich Gilbert.³
