Percy Hamilton Sackett, son of George Washington Sackett and Josephine Dorsch, was born in New York CityG on 21 February 1883.1,2,3 He died aged 90 in Hennepin County, MinnesotaG, on 15 November 19734,5 and was buried at Lakewood Cemetery, Minneapolis, Hennepin CountyG.9 He married first in Manhattan, New York CityG, on 26 December 1908, Bessie Walteretta Roman, daughter of Walter C Roman and Carrie Decker.6,7 Bessie was born in New York CityG on 1 December 1884.2,10 She died aged 82 in Hennepin County, MinnesotaG, on 15 May 196711 and was buried at Lakewood Cemetery, MinneapolisG.9 He married second in Minnehaha County, South DakotaG, on 6 July 1967, Isabella Marie (Skillingstad) Schroeder, daughter of Martin O Skillingstad and Eva I Olson.8 Percy was aged 84 at the date of his second marriage. Isabella was born in Windom, Cottonwood County, MinnesotaG, on 19 January 189910 and died aged 97 in Anoka County, MinnesotaG, on 7 July 1996.12,13,14
     In 1892 Percy was living in Brooklyn, New York StateG, in the household of his parents George and Josephine, and was recorded in the census as Percy H Sackett, aged nine.15
     In 1900 he was living at Monroe Street, Brooklyn, New York City, New York StateG, in the household of his widowed father George, and was recorded as Percey H Sackett, a railroad office worker, aged 17 and born in New York.16
     In 1910 he was living at Pearl Street, Joplin, Jasper County, MissouriG, and was recorded as Percy H Sackett, a civil engineer on the railroad, head of household, aged 30. Living with him were his wife Bessie, 25, and their son Richard, aged six months.17
     Percy was listed in the St Paul, MinnesotaG, directories from 1914 to 1918 as an engineer, and in 1917 and 1918 was running his own business.18
     Percy completed a World War I draft registration card in 1918. He was aged 35 and was living at 819 Ella Street, Willmar, Kandiyohi County, MinnesotaG, with his wife. He was a manufacturer trading as P H Sackett Syndicate.19
     In 1920 he was living at Litchfield Avenue West, Willmar, Kandiyohi County, MinnesotaG, and was recorded as Percy H Sackett, a secretary in an implements factory, head of household, aged 37. He rented his home. Living with him were his wife Bessie, 35, and their son Richard, aged ten.20
     He was listed in the Minneapolis City Directory from 1922 to 1928 and by 1927 was the district manager at the Harnischfeger Sales Corporation.21
     In 1930 he was living at Pleasant Avenue, MinneapolisG, and was recorded as Percy H Sackett, district manager of an excavating equipment company, head of household, aged 47. He rented his home. Living with him were his wife Bessie, 45, their son Richard, 20, and Bessie's widowed mother Carrie Roman, 70.22
     Percy was listed in the 1938 and 1941 Minneapolis City Directories living at 3849 Pleasant Avenue, MinneapolisG. He was district manager of the Harnischfeger Corporation.23
     Percy completed a World War II draft registration card on 27 April 1942. He was living at 3849 Pleasant Avenue, MinneapolisG, aged 59, and was employed by Harnishfeger Corporation.24

     In 1900 Maude was living at Mount Vernon, Westchester County, New York StateG, in the household of her father Robert, and was recorded in the census as Maud Sackett, a schoolgirl, aged 14 and born in New York.9

     In 1900 Lyle was living in New Lyme, Ashtabula County, OhioG, in the household of his adoptive parents Charles and Clara, and was recorded in the census as Lyle A Sackett, aged 15 and born in Ohio.9
     In 1910 he was living in New LymeG in the household of his adoptive parents Charles and Clara, and was recorded as Lyle A Sackett, a laborer on the home farm, aged 25.10
     Lyle completed a World War I draft registration card on 12 September 1918. He was aged 34 and was a farmer. He was living at New Lyme, Ashtabula County, OhioG, with his wife Rebecca.11
     In 1920 he was living at Morgan Sackett Road, New LymeG, and was recorded as Lyle A Sackett, a farmer, head of household, aged 35. He rented his farm, which was next door to his father Charles's farm. Living with him were his wife Rebecca, 24, and their son Raymond, aged five.12
     Lyle and Rebecca were listed in the Sharon City Directory in 1928 and 1930 living in SharpsvilleG.13
     In 1930 he was living in Sharpsville, Mercer County, PennsylvaniaG, and was recorded as Lyle A Sackett, a laborer in an electric manufacturing company, head of household, aged 44. He rented his home. Living with him were his wife Rebecca, 32, their son Raymond, 16, and Lyle's widowed father Charles, 70. There was also a male boarder in the household.14
     Lyle and Rebecca were listed in the Sharon City Directory from 1935 until at least 1957. Lyle was employed throughout by Westinghouse Electric Corporation.15
     Lyle completed a World War II draft registration card in April 1942 (presumed date). He was employed by Westinghouse Electric and was living at 347 West State Street, SharonG, with his wife Rebecca.16
