Margaret Matilda Sackett, daughter of Richard Sackett and Sarah Bristow, was born in Thanet, KentG, in 1879.1 She married first at St Paul's Church, Ramsgate, KentG, on 7 October 1899, John Steele Parry.2,3 She married second in Portsmouth, HampshireG, in 1918, Arthur K Ross.4,5
In 1881 Margaret was living at 12 Leopold Street, RamsgateG, in the household of her parents Richard and Sarah, and was recorded in the census as Margaret Sackett, aged two and born in Ramsgate.6
In 1891 she was living at 7 Turner Street, Ramsgate, KentG, in the household of her mother Sarah and stepfather James Hunter, and was recorded as Margaret M Sackett, aged 12 and born in Ramsgate.7
