JUNCTION, Ariz. — Pansy E. Clendenin, 93, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012.
She was born January 15, 1919, in Randolph County, Indiana, to Ernest and Millua “Ethel” (James) Mason. She graduated from high school in 1937. Married Harry O. Clendenin in 1940, then had three sons, Harry, Ralph, and James Clendenin. They moved to California, where they raised their family; she worked and retired in the finance department at the San Fernando Post Office, and also worked as a licensed beautician for many years to support her family. She had lived in Indiana, 29 Palms, Calif., Bullhead, Ariz., Mesa, Ariz., and made her final home in Apache Junction, Ariz.
Her family surrounded her when she went with the Angels to be with the Lord.
Survivors are one son, Ralph E. and Victoria Clendenin; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Millua (James) Mason; her husband, Harry O. Clendenin; and two sons, Harry E. and James E. Clendenin.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Jones Cemetery in Yorktown.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
