Henry Sackett, son of James Sackett and Ann Argent Lee, was born in Dagenham, EssexG, on 24 October 1828 and baptized at St Peter & St Paul, DagenhamG, on 23 November 1828.1 He died aged 72 in Victoria, AustraliaG, in 1900.2
     In 1841 Henry was living in Dagenham Village, EssexG, in the household of his parents James and Ann, and was recorded in the census as Henry Sackett, aged 12 and born in Essex.3
     In 1851 he was living at 1 Devonshire Street, Finsbury, Holborn, MiddlesexG, in the household of William Steoeus[?], a master baker, and was recorded as Henry Sackete, a journeyman baker, unmarried, aged 22 and born in Dagenham, Essex.4
     Henry emigrated to Australia, arriving at Port Phillip Bay, VictoriaG, from Gravesend, Kent, in April 1853 on the ship Kent.5

Sarah Ann Bayly, daughter of Stephen Bayly and Sarah Sackett, was born in Ramsgate, KentG, on 29 May 18291 and baptized at the Ebenezer Independent Chapel, RamsgateG, on 13 September 1829.1
     In 1841 Sarah was living at Harbour Street, Ramsgate, KentG, in the household of her grandparents Jeremiah and Sarah Sackett, and was recorded in the census as Sarah Bayley, aged 12 and born in Kent.2
     In 1851 she was living at Church Street, Eastry, KentG, in the household of her parents Stephen and Sarah, and was recorded as Sarah A Bayly, unmarried, aged 21 and born in Ramsgate.3
