Chauncey Sackett, son of Jacob Sackett and Cathisyle Rowen, was born in New York StateG on 2 October 1808.1,2 He died aged 57 in MichiganG on 26 April 1866.1 He married first in New York City, New York StateG, about 1838, Susan Kennedy.1 He married second about 1849, Samantha ___.1 He married third in Batavia, Branch County, MichiganG, on 21 September 1854, Nancy Pixley.1
     Chauncey was listed in the 1840 census as a householder in Coldwater, Branch County, MichiganG.3
     In 1850 Chauncey was living in Batavia, Branch County, MichiganG, and was recorded in the census as Chancy Sackett, a farmer, aged 41 and born in New York. Living with him were his second wife Samantha, 41, and his children by his first marriage, Benjamin, 10, James, 9, Lewis, 8, Francis, 6, and Rochambeau, aged four.4

David Sackett, son of Martin VanBuren Sackett and Susan Amy Booth, was born in MichiganG on 29 November 1879.1 He died aged 59 in Brighton, Livingston County, MichiganG, on 28 December 19381 and was buried at Bell Branch Cemetery, Redford, Wayne County, MichiganG.1 He married first Minnie Gottschalk. He married second in Windsor, Essex County, Ontario, CanadaG, on 14 November 1907, Christina Most, daughter of John Most and Veronika Waidelich.2 Christina was born in GermanyG on 12 November 1881.1,3 She died in 19601 and was buried at Bell Branch CemeteryG.1
     In 1880 David was living in Redford, Wayne County, MichiganG, in the household of his parents Martin and Susan, and was recorded in the census as David Sackett, aged six months and born in Michigan.4
     David completed a World War I draft registration card on 12 September 1918. He was aged 38 and was living at 24 Rieden, Detroit, Wayne CountyG, with his wife Christina. He was a switchman on the Michigan Central Railroad.5

Emily Jane Sackett, daughter of Charles Sackett and Eliza Ann DeGraw, was born in New York StateG on 7 November 18291 and died aged 51 in Redford, Wayne County, MichiganG, on 15 January 1881.2 She was buried in the Bell Branch Cemetery, RedfordG.1 She married Thomas Paulger.3 Thomas was born in Nottinghamshire, EnglandG, on 15 January 18294 and died aged 75 on 7 May 1904.4
     In 1850 Emily was living in Redford, MichiganG, in the household of her parents Charles and Eliza, and was recorded in the census as Emily Sackett, aged 20 and born in New York.5
     In 1880 Emily was living in RedfordG in the household of her husband, Thomas Paulger, a farmer, aged 50 and born in England, and was recorded in the census as Emely I Paulger, aged 51. Living with them were their children, John, 20, Thomas, 18, and Lucia, aged seven. Also in the household was an unmarried male laborer.6
