Pauline Ada Sackett, daughter of Andrew Roswell Sackett and Elnora Phillips, was born in Sandisfield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts^G, on 18 April 1872.¹ She died in childhood in Waterbury, New Haven County, Connecticut^G, on 10 February 1882 and was buried at Riverside Cemetery, Waterbury^G.²
