Richard Sackett, yeoman of Northdown, St John in Thanet, Kent, son of Richard Sackett and Susan Lunce, was baptized at Swalecliffe, KentG, on 29 May 1626.1 He died aged 66 and was buried at St Peter in Thanet, KentG, on 27 November 1692.2 He married at St John in ThanetG on 7 October 1652, Susan Tomlin.3 Susan was baptized at St John in ThanetG on 23 December 1632.4 She died aged about 715 and was buried at St Peter in ThanetG on 22 September 1704.5
An inventory of Richard's estate at NorthdownG was taken on 12 December 1692, the estate being valued at £294, including crops worth £116.6
Richard was probably the witness Richard Sackett to the will of his first cousin once removed Robert Sackett made at St John in Thanet in 1660.
