     David was listed in the 1810 census as a householder in Blandford, Hampden County, MassachusettsG.2
     In 1820 he was a householder in Russell, Hampden County, MassachusettsG.3
     In 1850 David's widow Anne was living at Blandford, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, in the household of her son Leverett Sackett, and was recorded in the census as Anna Sackett, aged 67 and born in Massachusetts.4
