Royal Sackett, farmer, son of Zavan Sacket Sr and Abigail Bills, was born in MassachusettsG about 1796.1 He died aged 78 in Crawford CountyG in 1874.2
     Royal removed from Massachusetts to Mead, Pennsylvania, perhaps with his father and brother Rolin in the late 1810s or with others of his siblings in the 1820s.
     In 1850 Royal was living in Mead, Crawford County, PennsylvaniaG, in the household of his brother Jabez and sister-in-law Emily, and was recorded in the census as Royal Sackett, a farmer, aged 52 and born in Massachusetts.3
     In 1860 he was living in Meadville, Crawford CountyG, in the household of his brother Jabez and sister-in-law Emily, and was recorded as Royal Sacket, aged 64.4
     In 1870 he was living in Mead, Crawford CountyG, in the household of his brother Jabez and sister-in-law Emily, and was recorded as Royal Sacket, aged 74.5
     Royal was unmarried and would appear to have been dependent upon his brother Jabez. Jabez, in making his will, charged his son Levi Dewey with responsibility for Royal's continued maintenance.

Dolly Sacket, daughter of Zavan Sacket Sr and Abigail Bills, was born, presumably in MassachusettsG, about 1785.1 She died aged 42 in Crawford County, PennsylvaniaG, in July 1827 and was buried at Greendale Cemetery, Meadville, Crawford County, PennsylvaniaG.2,3,4 She was unmarried.
