Catherine Warren was born say 1725. Her parents have not been identified. She married in East Stoke, Dorset^G, on 17 February 1750, Christopher Haysom, son of John Haysom and Margaret Iles.¹

Frances H Watson, daughter of Thomas Watson and Rebecca ___, was born in St Martin's, Colchester, Essex^G, about 1832.¹ She married in Marylebone, Middlesex^G, in 1860, George Palmer, son of Elias Palmer and Frances Clements.²
     In 1841 Frances was living at Maidenburgh Street, St Nicholas, Colchester, Essex^G, in the household of her parents Thomas and Rebecca, and was recorded in the census as Frances Watson, aged nine and born in Essex.³
     In 1861 she was living at 49 Ordnance Rd, All Saints, Marylebone, Middlesex^G, in the household of her husband George, a farrier, and was recorded as Frances Palmer, aged 28 and born in Colchester.⁴
     In 1871 she was living at 2 Bridge Rd Mews, St John's, Hampstead^G, in the household of her husband George, and was recorded as Frances Palmer, aged 38 and born in Colchester.⁵
     In 1881 she was living at 2 Loudoun Road Mews, Hampstead^G, in the household of her husband George, and was recorded as Frances Palmer, aged 45 and born in Colchester.⁶
     In 1891 she was living at 23 Alexandra Road, Hampstead^G, and was recorded as Frances H Palmer, head of household, a widow, aged 57 and born in Essex. Living with her were her unmarried children, Thomas, 28, Amelia, 24, Minnie, 22, and Walter, 21. Also in the household were Esther Naylor, a visitor, 6, and three adult lodgers.⁷
     In 1901 she was living at 69 Belsize Road, Hampstead, London^G, and was recorded as Frances Palmer, head of household, a widow, aged 67, living on her own means, and born in Colchester. Living with her were her unmarried son, Walter, 31, and her brother, Robert Watson, 63.⁸
     In 1911 she was living at 5 Greenmore Road, Knowle, Bristol, Gloucestershire^G, in the household of her daughter Amelia and son-in-law John Connelly, and was recorded as Frances Palmer, a widow, aged 76.⁹
