     In 1870 she was living in Elizabeth, Union County, New JerseyG, in the household of William Sacket (probably an enumeration error for her brother Nathaniel), and was recorded as Harriet A Sacket, aged 38.7
     In 1880 she was living at Grove Street, ElizabethG, in the household of her stepmother Mary and Mary's third husband John Bieron, and was recorded as Harriet A Sacket, aged 48. Nathaniel O Sackett, son of William Henry Sackett and Pluma Woodford, was born in Tioga County, New York StateG, on 26 July 1834.1,2 He died aged 71 in Candor, Tioga CountyG, on 22 January 1906 and was buried at Maple Grove Cemetery, CandorG.1,3,4 He married on 1 August 1865, Phebe Jane "Jennie" Dikeman, daughter of Miles Carey Dikeman and Julia Dean.1 Phebe was born in PennsylvaniaG in June 1844.2 She died aged 82 in CandorG on 18 January 1927 and was buried at Maple Grove Cemetery, CandorG.4,5
     In 1850 Nathaniel was living in Candor, Tioga County, New York StateG, in the household of his parents William and Pluma, and was recorded in the census as Nathaniel O Sacket, aged 15 and born in New York.6
     Nathaniel, then of Albany, New York State, was a student at the Collegiate and Commercial Institute, New Haven, ConnecticutG, in 1852–53.7
     In 1860 he was living in Albany, New York StateG, in the household of his parents William and Pluma, and was recorded as Nathaniel O Sackett, a clerk, aged 25.8
     In 1865 he was living in CandorG and was recorded as Nathaniel Sackett, single, aged 29 and born in Tioga County.9
     A William Sacket, aged 36, listed in the 1870 census in Elizabeth, Union County, New JerseyG, may have been this Nathaniel, the name being confused with that of his father. Other household members, Jane Sacket, 26, born in Pennsylvania, and Harriet A Sacket, 38, born in New York State, would match his wife and sister respectively.10
     In 1880 he was living at Grove Street, ElizabethG, in the household of his stepmother Mary [Rose] and her third husband John Bieron, and was recorded as Nathaniel Sacket, aged 45. His wife Jane, 35, was living with him. Also in the household were his sister, Harriet, 48, and half-sisters, Florence, 12 and Sarah, 10.11
     In 1892 he was living in CandorG and was recorded as Nathaniel O Sackett, aged 58. Living with him were his wife Jennie, 48, and their daughter Helen, aged twelve.12
     In 1900 he was living in CandorG and was recorded as Nathaniel O Sackett, aged 65. Living with him were his wife Jennie, 55, and their daughter Helen, aged 19.13
     In 1910 Nathaniel's widow Jennie was living at Owego Street, CandorG, and was recorded in the census as Jennie Sackett, a dressmaker, aged 66.14
     In 1920 she was living at Church Street, CandorG, and was recorded as Jennie D Sackett, aged 75. Her unmarried daughter Helen, 38, was living with her.15
