Almeron Eugene Sackett, son of Dwight Sackett and Caroline A Bolton, was born in Fitchburg, Worcester County, Massachusetts^G, on 31 March 1850.¹ He died aged 71 in Battle Creek, Calhoun County, Michigan^G, on 6 September 1921 and was buried at Hick's Cemetery, Pennfield, Calhoun County^G.^3,4 He married in Casco, Allegan County, Michigan^G, on 2 January 1879, Ella F Fuller, daughter of Henry E Fuller and Harriet Amerill Lewis.² Ella was born in New York State^G about 1854.⁵ After Almeron's death Ella married second Willoughby W Sweet, 69, a mason.⁶

     In 1870 he was living in Assyria^G in the household of his parents Dwight and Caroline, and was recorded as Almeran E Sackett, a farm laborer, aged 20.⁹
     In 1880 he was living in Emmet, Calhoun County, Michigan^G, in the household of his parents Dwight and Caroline, and was recorded as Almeron Sackett, a railroad laborer, aged 30. His wife Ella, 26, was living with him.¹⁰

Dwight Augustus Sackett, son of Dwight Sackett and Caroline A Bolton, was born in Fitchburg, Worcester County, Massachusetts^G, on 4 July 1846.¹ He died aged 62 in Battle Creek, Calhoun County, Michigan^G, on 2 December 1908 and was buried at Assyria Cemetery, Assyria, Barry County, Michigan^G.^1,4 He married first in Kalamo, Eaton County, Michigan^G, on 1 January 1868, Almeda Jane Holton.² Almeda was born in Herkimer County, New York State^G, on 23 August 1852.¹ She died aged 39 in Michigan^G on 7 March 1892 and was buried at Assyria Cemetery^G.¹ He married second in Battle Creek^G on 22 December 1896, Rosilla J (Haven) Donahue, daughter of William Haven and Caroline ___.³ Rosilla was born in Michigan^G about 1862.⁵
