Floyd Locke Williams, son of James Howard Williams and Electa Matilda Sackett, was born in New York StateG on 1 April 1860.2,3 He died aged 81 on 26 September 1941 and was buried at Greendale Cemetery, Meadville, Crawford County, PennsylvaniaG.3 He married Katherine M Yocum. Katherine was born on 10 December 1866.3 She died aged 40 on 19 October 1907 and was buried at Greendale Cemetery, MeadvilleG.3
