Henry "Harry" Sackett, blacksmith, son of Robert Sackett and Mary Ann Lazell, was born in Dagenham, Essex^G, on 27 October 1871^1,2,3 and baptized there on 27 October 1872.⁴ He died aged 70 at home at 24 Philip Road, Rainham, Essex^G, on 23 April 1942^5,6 and was buried at Rippleside Cemetery, Barking, Essex^G, on 28 April 1942.⁹ He married in St Peter & St Paul Church, Dagenham^G, on 9 January 1894, Louisa Elizabeth Mathison, daughter of Thomas Mathison and Caroline Winter.^7,8 Louisa was born in Eton Wick, Buckinghamshire^G, on 8 September 1869.^2,3 She married second, in Romford^G in 1944, Alexander Allen.^10,11 She died aged 86 in Romford^G in 1956.^10,12
