Dennis Sackett, son of Simeon Sackett and Hannah Woodard, was born in New York State^G on 28 January 1805.¹ He died in Wayne County, Michigan^G, on 20 February 1856¹ and was buried at Bell Branch Cemetery, Redford, Wayne County^G. He married at Wayne County^G on 7 September 1826, Sarah Ann Pleas.¹
     Dennis was listed in the census in 1830 and 1840 as a householder in Wayne County^G.^2,3

Rosetta Sackett, daughter of Gery Sackett and Julia Adams, was born in Ohio^G in 1821.^1,2 She died on 15 January 1861.¹
     In 1850 Rosetta was living in Windsor, Ashtabula County, Ohio^G, in the household of her parents Gery and Julia, and was recorded in the census as Rosetta Sackett, aged 28 and born in Ohio.³

Susan L Sackett, daughter of Gery Sackett and Julia Adams, was born in Ohio^G about 1825.^1,2 She died aged about 40 on 28 February 1865.¹
     In 1850 Susan was living in Windsor, Ashtabula County, Ohio^G, in the household of her parents Gery and Julia, and was recorded in the census as Susan Sackett, aged 25 and born in Ohio.³

Albert A Sackett, son of Gery Sackett and Julia Adams, was born in Ohio^G in 1832.^1,2 He died aged about 27 on 4 November 1859.¹ He married Eliza Percival.¹
     In 1850 Albert was living in Windsor, Ashtabula County, Ohio^G, in the household of his parents Gery and Julia, and was recorded in the census as Albert A Sackett, a laborer, aged 20 and born in Ohio.³

Adelbert Darwin Sackett, son of Gery Sackett and Julia Adams, was born in Windsor, Ashtabula County, Ohio^G, on 2 February 1841.^1,2 He died aged 82 in Gustavus, Trumbull County, Ohio^G, on 1 March 1923³ and was buried at Windsor Township Cemetery^G.⁶ He married first in Ashtabula County^G on 5 July 1865, Julia Griffin.^1,4 Julia was born in Kingsville, Ashtabula County^G, in 1846.⁶ She died in childbirth aged about 31 on 20 June 1878⁷ and was buried at Windsor Township Cemetery^G.⁶ Adelbert married second in Clinton County^G on 17 March 1880, Eunice A (Wright) Northrop, daughter of Solomon Wright and Ann Call.⁵ Eunice was born in Harpersfield, Ashtabula County, Ohio^G, on 19 June 1846.² She died aged 83 in Gustavus^G on 15 January 1930 and was buried at Windsor^G.⁸
     In 1850 Adelbert was living in Windsor^G in the household of his parents Gery and Julia, and was recorded in the census as Adelbert Sackett, aged nine and born in Ohio.⁹
     Adelbert registered for the Civil War draft in Wisconsin^G in June 1863. He was a farmer of Wyoming, Iowa County, married, aged 22 and born in Ohio. (This record is puzzling: he is not otherwise known to have been in Wisconsin and, as far as is known, he was not married until July 1865.)¹⁰
     In 1870 he was living in Windsor^G and was recorded as Adelbert Sackett, a farm laborer, aged 32. Living with him, but unnamed, were a 30-year-old female Sackett, and two other Sacketts, one male, one female. These are assumed to be Adelbert's wife Julia and their children, Susan and Albert.¹¹
     In 1880 he was living in Windsor^G and was recorded as Adelbert Sackett, a laborer, head of household, aged 39. Living with him were his second wife, Eunice, 34, her daughter Martha Northrup, 6, and his son, Archie, aged nine.¹²
     In 1900 he was living in Gustavus, Trumbull County, Ohio^G, in the household of his daughter Susan and son-in-law James Craig, and was recorded as Adelbert Sackett, aged 57. His wife Eunice was living with him.¹³
     In 1910 he was living in Gustavus^G and was recorded as Adelbert D Sacket, head of household, aged 69. His wife Eunice, 62, was living with him. Also in the household was Florence M Lont, aged six, a granddaughter (presumably of Eunice's.)¹⁴
     In 1920 he was living at Main Road, Gustavus^G, and was recorded as Adelbert D Sackett, head of household, aged 78. His wife Eunice, 73, was living with him.¹⁵
