Ozander Allen Sackett, son of Anson W Sackett and Docia Ruggles, was born in Oswego County, New York State^G, on 12 May 1829.^1,2 He died on 26 February 1894.¹ He married in Hanover, Chautauqua County, New York State^G, on 8 January 1863, Ophelia Ann Gould.¹
     In 1855 Ozander was living in Villenova, Chautauqua County, New York State^G, in the household of his parents Anson and Docia, and was recorded in the census as O A Sackett, a farmer, aged 26 and born in Oswego County.³
     In 1860 he was living in Villenova^G in the household of his parents Anson and Docia, and was recorded as Ozander Sackett, aged 31.⁴
     In 1865 he was living in Hanover, Chautauqua County^G, and was recorded as Osande A Sackett, a farmer, aged 35. Living with him were his wife Ophelia, 27, their daughter Susie, five months, and Ozander's parents Anson and Docia.⁵

Hester Sackett, daughter of Anson W Sackett and Docia Ruggles, was born in Volney, Oswego County, New York State^G, on 2 May 1832.¹ She died on 7 July 1913. She married in Villenova, Chautauqua County, New York State^G, on 18 May 1854, Medad Smith Corey MD.¹
     In 1855 Hester was living in Villenova, Chautauqua County, New York State^G, and was recorded in the census as Hester Cory, aged 23 and born in Oswego County. She was living with her husband Medad in the household of her parents Anson and Docia.²

Phoebe Docia Sackett, daughter of Anson W Sackett and Docia Ruggles, was born in Oswego County, New York State^G, on 8 October 1834.^1,2 She died on 4 July 1900. She married in Villenova, Chautauqua County, New York State^G, on 14 October 1861, William James Swets.¹
     In 1855 Phoebe was living in Villenova^G in the household of her parents Anson and Docia, and was recorded in the census as Phoebe D Sackett, aged 20 and born in Oswego County.³
     In 1860 she was living in Villenova^G in the household of her parents Anson and Docia, and was recorded as Phebe Sackett, aged 25.⁴

Elijah Fitch Reed, son of Eliphalet Reed and Anne Sackett, was born on 28 September 1798.¹ He died aged about 63 in 1861.¹ He married about 1824, Mary Jacobia, daughter of Nicholas Jacobia.¹
     In 1850 Elijah was living at Clifton Park, Saratoga County, New York State^G, and was recorded in the census as Elijah F Reed, a farmer, aged 52 and born in New York. Living with him were his wife Mary, 51, their children, Stephen, 24, Ransalier, 22, Fitch, 20, Mary, 13, and Rachael Hellen, aged three. Also in the household were Stephen's wife Rachael Ann Reed, 22, and their children, Mary Esther, 3, and Farristena, aged one.²
