Horrid Death.
A child of Mr. Charles Sackett, of this city aged about 3½ years, while playing about the privy on Saturday afternoon, accidentally fell in and was about a half hour afterwards found by the distracted mother, perfectly dead. The child was one which had been long sick, but had recently thoroughly regained its health, and was unusually bright for its age. The afflicted parents have the sympathies of all our citizens, upon whom, we hope, the warning will not be lost.
