Mary B Sackett, daughter of Phineas K Sackett and Eunice Guernsey, was born in New York StateG on 2 September 1840.1,2,3 She died there aged 54 on 17 July 18953 and was buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Pine Plains, Dutchess County, New York StateG.3 She married in Stanford, Dutchess CountyG, in October 1869, Frank Bentley Wilbur, son of Benjamin Wilbur and Antoinette Bentley.4 Frank was born in Dutchess CountyG in January 1844.3 He died aged 72 in Attlebury, Dutchess CountyG, on 11 April 19163 and was buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Pine PlainsG.3
In 1850 Mary was living in Stanford, Dutchess County, New York StateG, in the household of her parents Phineas and Eunice, and was recorded in the census as Mary B Sackett, aged nine and born in New York.5
In 1860 she was living at StanfordG in the household of her parents Phineas and Eunice, and was recorded as M Sackett, aged 17.6
In 1875 she was living in Stanford, Dutchess CountyG, in the household of her parents Phineas and Eunice, and was recorded as Mary B Wilber, aged 34. Her husband Frank, 33, and children, Nina, 4, and Mary, aged one, were living with her.7
In 1880 Mary was living at Stanford, Dutchess County, New York StateG, in the household of her husband Frank, 37, a farmer, and was recorded in the census as Mary P Wilbur, aged 38 and born in New York. Living with them were their children, Nina, 9, May, 6, and Eva, aged one. Also in the household were Mary's parents, Phineas, 76, and Eunice, 73, a cousin Joseph Sackett, 21, and a female servant.8
