Effie G Wilbur, daughter of Frank Bentley Wilbur and Mary B Sackett, was born in Attlebury, Dutchess County, New York StateG, on 7 October 1878.1 She died in Hood River, OregonG, on 22 March 1956.1 She married George Nevling Creswell.2 George was born in Ansonville, Clearfield County, PennsylvaniaG, on 5 September 1880.2 He died aged 76 in Multnomah County, OregonG, on 8 June 19572 and was buried at Idlewilde Cemetery, Hood River, OregonG, on 11 June 1957.2
     In 1880 Effie was living in Stanford, Dutchess County, New York StateG, in the household of her parents Frank and Mary, and was recorded in the census as Eva Wilbur, aged one and born in New York.3
