     In 1860 Mary was living in Morrisania, Westchester County, New York StateG, in the household of her mother Margaret, and was recorded in the census as Mary Sacket, aged 46.5
     In 1870 she was living in MorrisaniaG in the household of her sister Millicent Quick, 65, and was recorded as Mary Sackett, aged 57. Their mother Margaret Sackett, 85, was also in the household.6
     Mary was left a sum of $1,000 and certain personal items, including a gold watch and pictures, by her sister Millicent in her will made on 20 June 1885 and proved on 5 September 1888.7

     In 1850 Millicent was living in New York CityG and was recorded in the census as Millisent Quick, aged 45 and born in New York. Living with her were her sons, James, 23, and Charles, 20.6
     In 1860 she was living in Morrisania, Westchester County, New York StateG, in the household of Law and Mary Conover, and was recorded as Millisant Quick, aged 52.7
     In 1870 she was living in MorrisaniaG and was recorded as Millicent Quick, aged 65. Living with her were her sister Mary Sackett, 57, and their mother Margaret Sackett, 85.8
     In 1880 she was living in New York CityG and was recorded as Millicent Quick, a widow, aged 67 [probably 75]. Her son James, 50, was living with her.9
     Millicent made her will in New York CityG on 20 June 1885. She left $1,000 to her sister Mary Sackett, $500 to a granddaughter, the residue of her estate to go to her sons, James and Charles. James was named as executor of the will, but renounced the appointment in favour of his daughter Sadie A Madden. The will was proved on 5 September 1888.10
