     In 1850 Sophia was living in Westfield^G in the household of her husband John Mallory, 54, a farmer, and was recorded in the census as Sophia Mallory, aged 46 and born in Massachusetts. Living with them were their children, Thomas, 22, Allen, 20, Abigail, 19, Charles, 17, Amera, 15, Fitz, 13, Stanton, 10, and Harriet, aged seven. Also in the household was Sophia's mother Abigail, aged 66.⁶
     In 1855 she was living in Westfield^G in the household of her husband John Malory, 58, a farmer, and was recorded as Sophia Malory, aged 51. Living with them were their children, Thomas, 27, Byron, 18, Stanton, 15, Harriet, 12, and Abigail Cowles, 24, with her one-year-old daughter Lillian. Sophia's widowed mother Abigail Sackett, 71, was also in the household.⁷

King Sackett, son of Charles Sacket and Abigail Otis, was born in Westfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts^G, on 26 January 1806.¹ He died aged 89 in Cuyahoga County, Ohio^G, on 8 May 1895 and was buried at Woodland Cemetery, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County^G.^1,4,5,6 He married in Westfield^G on 9 October 1827, Mary Campbell Holcomb.^1,2,3 Mary was born in Westfield^G on 26 November 1806.^4,7,8 She died aged 79 in Cleveland^G on 4 January 1886 and was buried at Woodland Cemetery, Cleveland^G.^4,5,9,10
     King was listed in the 1830 census as a householder in Westfield^G.¹¹ In 1840 he was a householder in Edinburg, Portage County, Ohio^G.¹²
     In 1850 King was living in Edinburg^G and was recorded in the census as King Sackett, a farmer, aged 44 and born in Massachusetts. Living with him were his wife Mary, 44, and their children, William, 22, Mary, 17, Homer, 14, Louise, 10, Virginia, 8, and Helen, aged four.¹³
     On 21 January 1852 a land holding of some 41 acres owned by King Sackett and valued at $780 was the subject of a Sheriff's sale by public auction following an action by a creditor.
     In 1860 he was living in Edinburg^G and was recorded as King Sacket, a farmer, aged 54. Living with him were his wife Mary, 53, and their children, Louise, 19, Helen, 14, and Adele, aged seven. King's farm comprised 75 acres of improved land and 25 acres of unimproved land and was valued at $3,500. Livestock was valued at $689.^14,15
     In 1870 he was living in Edinburg^G and was recorded as King Sacket, a farmer, aged 64. Living with him were his wife Mary, 63, their daughters, Adelia, 17, and Louisa, 30, and Louisa's husband George Moulton, 37.¹⁶
     In 1880 he was living in Edinburg^G and was recorded as King Sackett, a farmer, aged 74. Living with him were his wife Mary, 73, and their unmarried daughter Addie, 26. King's 100-acre farm, comprising 75 acres of improved land and 25 acres of woodland, was valued at $4,000.¹⁷

Sarah H Sacket, daughter of Charles Sacket and Abigail Otis, was born in Westfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts^G, on 16 November 1808.^1,2 She died unmarried aged 67 in Westfield^G on 16 May 1876.³

Orlinda Sacket, daughter of Charles Sacket and Abigail Otis, was born in Massachusetts^G on 9 October 1810.^1,2 She died aged 82 in Granville, Hampden County, Massachusetts^G, on 12 October 1892 and was buried at Russell Cemetery, Russell, Hampden County^G.^4,5 She married about 1829, Zerah Crouch, son of Ephraim Crouch and Rhoda Stebbins.^1,3 Zerah was born in Brimfield, Hampden County^G, on 16 October 1800.⁵ He died aged 73 in Russell^G on 28 October 1873 and was buried at Russell Cemetery^G.⁵
     In 1850 Orlinda was living in Russell^G in the household of her husband Zerah, 50, a farmer, and was recorded in the census as Orlinda Crouch, aged 41 and born in Massachusetts. Living with them were their children, Romain, 20, James, 18, and Emma, 14.⁶

Mary Ann Sacket, daughter of Charles Sacket and Abigail Otis, was born in Massachusetts^G on 15 May 1812.^1,2 She died aged 81 in Russell, Hampden County, Massachusetts^G, on 15 May 1893 and was buried at Russell Cemetery^G.^4,5 She married in Portage County, Ohio^G, on 4 March 1838, William Bates.^1,3 William was born in Connecticut^G about 1815.^6,2 He died aged 40 on 30 November 1855 and was buried at Russell Cemetery^G.⁵
     In 1855 Mary was living in Westfield, Hampden County^G, in the household of her husband William Bates, 39, a farmer, and was recorded in the census as Mary A Bates, aged 42 and born in Massachusetts. Their daughter Elvira, 15, was living with them.⁷

Harriet Sacket, daughter of Charles Sacket and Abigail Otis, was born on 1 December 1816.¹ She married in Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts^G, on 12 September 1843, Solomon F Williams.^1,2,3,4,5

Charles Sackett, son of Charles Sacket and Abigail Otis, was born in Massachusetts^G on 5 July 1818.^1,2 He died aged 40 in Johnstown, Rock County, Wisconsin^G, on 5 January 1859 and was buried at North Johnstown Cemetery, Milton, Rock County^G.⁴ He married in Trumbull County, Ohio^G, on 13 September 1848, Hannah M Griggs, daughter of Isaac Griggs and Mary ___.^1,3 Hannah was born in New York State^G about 1830.²
     In 1850 Charles was living in Johnston, Trumbull County, Ohio^G, and was recorded in the census as Charles Sackett, a farmer, aged 32 and born in Massachusetts. Living with him were his wife Hannah, 20, and their son Fitz, aged one.⁵
     In 1860 Charles's widow Hannah was living in Johnstown, Rock County, Wisconsin^G, in the household of his parents Isaac and Mary Griggs, and was recorded in the census as Hannah M Sacket, aged 31. Her children, Orra, 9, and Mary, 6, were living with her.⁶

Clarinda Sacket, daughter of Charles Sacket and Abigail Otis, was born in Westfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts^G, on 23 June 1823.^1,2 She died aged 54 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts^G, on 4 February 1878³ and was buried at Pine Hill Cemetery, Westfield^G.⁶ She married in Chicopee, Hampden County^G, on 3 July 1849, Alfred H Porter, son of Amara Porter and Margaret ___.^1,4,5 Alfred was born in 1814.⁷ He died aged about 72 on 22 September 1886 and was buried at Pine Hill Cemetery, Westfield^G.⁶
     In 1850 Clarinda was living in Charlestown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts^G, in the household of her husband Alfred, 40, a prison officer, and was recorded in the census as Clarrince Porter, aged 24 and born in Massachusetts. Living with them were Alfred's two children from his first marriage.⁸
