Cordelia A Sacket, daughter of John Sacket and Rachel Morse, was born on 22 January 1821.1 She died aged 80 in Springfield, Hampden County, MassachusettsG, on 8 April 1902.2 She married in WestfieldG in January 1841, Heman Sacket, her first cousin, son of Heman Sackett and Experience Searle.3,1,4
Cordelia was named in her father's will made in WestfieldG on 16 July 1839. The estate was to go to her brother Orren subject to Orren providing home and maintenance for her and her other unmarried sisters.5
In 1850 Cordelia was living in WestfieldG in the household of her husband Heman, and was recorded in the census as Cordelia A Sackett, aged 29. Their daughter Jane, age five, was living with them.6
In 1860 she was living in WestfieldG in the household of her husband Heman, and was recorded as Cordelia A Sackett, aged 38. Their daughter Jane, now known as Jennie, aged 14, was living with them.7
In 1880 she was living at Grosvenor Street, SpringfieldG, in the household of her daughter Jennie and son-in-law Edward Bacon, and was recorded as Cordelia A Sackett, a widow, aged 58.8
In 1900 she was living at Hebron Street, SpringfieldG, in the household of her widowed son-in-law Edward Bacon, and was recorded as Cordelia A Sackett, a widow, aged 78.9
