Lemuel Sacket, farmer, son of Lemuel Sacket and Annie Francis, was born in MassachusettsG on 2 November 1805.1,2,3 He died in 1882.1 He married at Pittsford, New York StateG, on 9 March 1827, Mary Millar.1
     Lemuel was listed in the 1840 census as a householder in Clinton, Macomb County, MichiganG.4
     In 1880 Lemuel was living at Mount Clemens, Macomb County, MichiganG, and was recorded in the census as Lemuel Sackett, a farmer, head of household, married, aged 76 and born in Massachusetts. Living with him were his wife Mary, 72, their daughter Frances Campbell, 50, and Frances's daughter Mattie E Campbell, 20.5
