Mahitable Sackett, daughter of Captain & Deacon Samuel Sackett and Elisabeth Todd, was born in New Haven, ConnecticutG, on 23 January 1732/33.1,2,3,4 She died aged 54 in Hamden, New Haven CountyG, on 8 August 1787 and was buried at the Central Burying Grounds, HamdenG.4 She married in New HavenG on 11 September 1755, Asa Goodyear, son of Theophilus Goodyear and Esther Sperry.3,4,5,6,7 Asa was born in New HavenG on 16 May 17337 and died aged 77 on 25 March 1811.7 After Mahitable's death, Asa married second Sybil (White) Sanford.7
