Phebe Maria Sackett, daughter of Homer Sackett and Sarah Carter, was born on 6 June 1807.1,2 She was baptized at the Congregational Church of Christ, Warren, Litchfield County, ConnecticutG, on 14 July 1821.3 She married in WarrenG on 24 April 1834, Deacon Joseph Hatch.1,4,5,2
     Phebe was listed as a member of the Congregational Church of Christ, WarrenG, on 11 May 1825. She was subsequently dismissed to a church in New Preston, Litchfield County.6
     Phebe, referred to as Maria, was named as a beneficiary in her father's will made at WarrenG in 1844. When the estate came to be valued in June 1853, it was found to be insolvent.

Homer Curtiss, son of Augustin Curtiss and Lodeme Sackett, was born in ConnecticutG on 30 May 1787.1,2 He died aged 98 in Waverly, Morgan County, IllinoisG, on 18 April 1886.2 He married on 25 October 1810, Clara "Charry" Everett, daughter of Abner Everett and Jedid(i)ah Brownson.3 Clara was born in ConnecticutG on 16 October 17902,3 and died aged 86 on 30 December 1876.3
     In 1880 Homer was living at Waverly, Morgan County, IllinoisG, in the household of his son Augustine and daughter-in-law Huldah, and was recorded in the census as Homer Curtiss, a farmer, a widower aged 93 and born in Connecticut.4

Erastus Curtiss, son of Augustin Curtiss and Lodeme Sackett, was born in Warren, Litchfield County, ConnecticutG, on 20 September 1789.1,2 He died aged 69 on 16 April 1859.3 He married first say 1815, Harriet Tanner, daughter of Ebenezer Tanner and Lydia Hatch.3 Harriet was born in WarrenG on 1 April 17953,4 and died aged 41 on 28 March 1837.3 He married second in WarrenG on 20 September 1837, Joanna Sturdivant, daughter of Isaac Sturdivant and Lucy Hopkins.3 Joanna was born in WarrenG on 4 March 1803.5 She died there aged 79 on 2 January 1883.5
