Carrie Elizabeth Sackett, daughter of Cassius A Sackett and Hannah ___, was born in New York State^G on 30 October 1858.^1,2 She died aged 93 in Middletown, Middlesex County, Connecticut^G, on 11 March 1952³ and was buried at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Chester, Middlesex County^G.⁶ She married in Chester^G on 18 May 1881, Edson J Abbey, son of George M Abbey and Lois A Brooks.^4,5 Edson was born on 10 November 1859 and died aged 40 on 21 November 1899.²
