Thomas Jefferson Sackett, son of Richard Sackett and Hannah Porter, was born in Pittsfield, Berkshire County, MassachusettsG, on 10 August 1800.1,2 He died aged 58 in Potter, Yates County, New York StateG, on 6 June 18593 and was buried at the French Cemetery, PotterG.3 He married in Yates CountyG about 1822, Lucina "Sina" Tyler, daughter of Asahel Tyler and Sinah Watkins.3
