Evaline "Eva" Sackett, daughter of Martin VanBuren Sackett and Susan Amy Booth, was born in Michigan^G on 14 June 1874.¹ She married first on 28 October 1897, Dexter M Green.¹ She married second in Howell, Livingston County, Michigan^G, on 22 July 1933, Charles A Lahser, son of Charles Lahser and Christina Sayfort.²
     In 1880 Evaline was living in Redford, Wayne County, Michigan^G, in the household of her parents Martin and Susan, and was recorded in the census as Eva Sackett, at home, aged six and born in Michigan.³

Ezekiel H Sackett, son of Charles Sackett and Eliza Ann DeGraw, was born in Redford Township, Wayne County, Michigan^G, on 10 October 1835.¹ He died aged 81 at 451, 14th Avenue, Detroit, Wayne County^G, on 28 June 1917 and was buried at Bell Branch Cemetery, Redford^G, on 7 July 1917.⁶ He married first in Michigan^G before 1859, Cynthia A. Booth.² They were divorced on 23 June 1874.² He married second in Detroit^G on 22 March 1875, Ellen Wilkinson.³ Ellen was born in Canada^G about 1835⁷ and died aged about 42 on 5 December 1877.⁸ He married third before 1880, Ines ___.⁴ Ines was born in Michigan^G about 1852.⁴ He married fourth in Detroit^G on 3 November 1887, Mary Jennie Adell Buckley, daughter of Patrick H Buckley.⁵ Mary was born in Syracuse, Onondaga County, New York State^G, on 10 March 1857.⁸
     In 1850 Ezekiel was living in Redford, Michigan^G, in the household of his parents Charles and Eliza, and was recorded in the census as Ezekiel Sackett, aged 14 and born in Michigan.⁹
     In 1880 he was living in Detroit, Michigan^G, and was recorded as Ezechial Sachit, blind, a government pensioner, head of household, aged 45. Living with him were his third wife, Ines, 27, his son Charles, aged four, by his second wife, and his mother Eliza, aged 72.¹⁰

Diantha H Sackett, daughter of Charles Sackett and Eliza Ann DeGraw, was born in Michigan^G about 1838.^1,2 She married about 1859, Henry Neuman.³ He died before 1899.

     In 1860 she was living in Livonia, Wayne County, Michigan^G, in the household of her husband Henry, 29, a farmer, and was recorded as Diantha H Newman, aged 22.⁵
     In 1870 she was living in Detroit, Michigan^G, in the household of her husband Henry, 35, a laborer, and was recorded as Diantha Newman, aged 25. Living with them were their sons, Frank, 9, and Ernest, aged seven.⁶
     In 1880 she was living at Grand River Avenue, Detroit^G, in the household of her husband Henry, 49, a wood cutter, and was recorded as Dianta Newman, aged 35. Living with them were their sons, Frank, 19, and Ernest, aged 17.⁷
     Diantha was listed in the Detroit City Directory of 1899. She was a widow living with her son Ernest at Infantry Avenue, Detroit, Michigan^G.⁸
