Mary Sackett, daughter of John Sackett of New Haven and Agnes Tinkham, was born in New Haven, ConnecticutG, on 24 September 1657.1,2,3,4,5 She married in New HavenG on 12 August 1719 as his second wife, Sergt Benjamin Bradley, son of William Bradley and Alice Prichard.5,6,7 Benjamin was born in New HavenG on 8 April 16578 and baptized at the First Congregational Society, New HavenG, on 12 April 1657.8 He died between April 1728 and June 1728.8
Mary was unusually old, at nearly 62, for a first marriage. However, her husband Benjamin, whose first marriage had lasted more than 40 years, was of similar age. A death record for Mary has not been found although she evidently predeceased Benjamin as he is recorded as having married for a third time.
